Imaginative yet focused, Stateside Kitchen showcases seasonal cuisine in an intelligent setting. Helmed

by Executive Chef Michael Kopfman and his collective of Hillstone Restaurant Group alumni, the brasserie-style

restaurant focuses on fresh flavors and locally sourced ingredients to comprise a menu for all palettes,

including stand out dishes like ‘The Chop’ - a 22 oz. Bone in Kurobuta pork chop, and a Bucatini Jumbo Prawn

pasta. Fresh breads and sweets from Superfine Bakery, Dream Nashville’s in house bakeshop helmed

by Tim Costner, Executive Pastry Chef, will also be served alongside the signature dishes. Housed under a

Gehry-esque glass atrium designed by famed Nashville-born and New York-based interior design boutique

Meyer Davis, the art of dining comes alive amid original works by David LaChapelle and Marilyn Minter. Stateside Kitchen is open daily from 5PM with weekend brunch and

lunch launching this spring.

Hidden amongst the shadows of Printer’s Alley, dark and seductive energy fuels this intriguing music

and entertainment theatre. With a hint of subtle excess, the ever-evolving entertainment collective takes

center stage, complete with live performances, surprise acts and a rotation of emerging musicians

and turntablists.

Dirty Little SecretRevel in the sour liberties of Printer’s Alley in this

relaxed, yet proper, cocktail den. If the stone walls could talk, they would howl a liquid ode to Nashville’s

infamous hideaway for gamblers, bootleggers and late-night frolickers. Enjoy signature libations such as the

Mezcal-based Naked & Famous and Stompin’ Out The Blues, our take on the classic Boulevardier. In addition to a selection of monthly rotating craft and local beers, resident

turntablists play an eclectic mix of everything from David Bowie to Big Pun alongside unannounced guests who drop

in to belt out a tune on the vintage stand-up piano.

Located on Printers Alley, iconic London fashion label ALLSAINTS has setup an intimate retail space that caters

to the market with an elevated collection of fashion-focused and seasonally on-trend pieces. The product

assortment features edgy and playful transitional pieces as key styles for the season, such as standout leather,

colorful dresses, and jacket staples that are both premium and functional. ALLSAINTS pays homage to Nashville’s

diverse and eclectic community with an exclusive Nashville themed graphic tee, and also carries accessories

and handbags. The digital store at ALLSAINTS offers a brand-wide service designed to enhance and simplify the

customer experience by having online orders delivered straight to the customer’s door. The digital store will sell

online exclusives and sizes that may not be sold in-store.

All SaintsAn aperitif to Stateside Kitchen, Parlour Bar boasts innovative cocktail classics in a sophisticated yet

approachable atmosphere with a beverage program that includes Dream Nashville’s custom barrels of Woodford

Reserve and Patron. Whether stopping by for a sip to start the evening or a closing night cap, immerse yourself

in the history and legacy of the former living room of the original Utopia Hotel, Nashville’s first boutique property

dating back to the early 1900s.

Parlour BarNestled in the heart of Printer’s Alley, Easy 8 is the perfect

place for a quick lunch or late-night bites. A rotating menu features eight signature items with

standouts including the Kobe Beef “Nashville” Hot Dog and the Tri-Tip Alley Cheesesteak. Sandwiches can be

paired with a selection of vintage sodas and Sweet Tea on tap by La Colombe Coffee Roasters.

Easy 8’s grand opening is on March 8th and will be open to guests daily from 11AM.
