We are committed to continuing our strong growth and are looking for experienced consultants to join our expert career track in M&A/Corporate Transactions. ROLE SUMMARY As an Expert Consultant within BCG‘s TXN Transaction Center, you will become a pivotal member of our Consulting Team, working alongside some of the world‘s top minds on industry- shaping transactions. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including M&A strategy and target search Commercial due diligence Mergers and acquisitions Exit strategy, divestments, and carve-outs IPOs and spin-offs Joint ventures and alliances You will be embedded in the BCG Corporate Development practice area, working on client assignments combined with the opportunity to work on business development and publications. As your career progresses towards Expert Project Leader, Principal, and Associate Director, you will lead the execution of large-scale transactions and provide guidance to other case teams at project launch and at key checkpoints, while also increasingly taking a larger and more proactive role in shaping the Transaction Center‘s future. YOUR PROFILE Three to four years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on commercial due diligence/M&A) or as part of a tier-one investment bank M&A team or a tier-one international accounting firm on transaction-related topics Outstanding academic track record from a leading university with a master‘s degree in corporate finance—postgraduate studies are welcome but not a must Expertise in corporate finance topics, combined with prior experience in financial modeling Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment Ability to think strategically/end-to-end International study or professional experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably German Are you eager to work in a professional and dynamic business environment?
