INTRODUCTION
• Concrete= Cement+Aggregate+Sand+Water The most beautiful resources on the earth. It is second most consumed material on the earth. • Due to the high in demand of natural resources our engineers & architect has
growing interest in sustainable development by choosing alternative of natural resources.• In 1950 consumption of concrete was around 2 million tones but at present it is
increased to the 20 million tones.• Leaving the waste materials to the environment directly can cause environmental
problem. Hence the reuse of waste material has been emphasized. Waste can be used to produce new products or can be used as admixtures so that natural resources are used more efficiently and the environment is protected from waste deposits.
4
• Main Environmental problems in Concrete sector are:1) Global Warming2) Resource depletion3) Waste Disposal
Advantage of rubberized concrete :-1. Comparatively lesser production cost. 2. Reduction of municipal solid wastes being land filled . 3. Cutting of rocks can be reduce.
5

Benefits of use of Replaced Aggregates with Rubber :-
• Providing sustainability.
• Reduce the amount of material that would be delivered to a landfill.
• Using recycled materials as gravel reduces the need for gravel mining.
• Using replace aggregate with rubber in concrete as the base material for roadways.

1. Experimental Study on Concrete by Partial Replacement of Fine Aggregate with Crumb Rubber.
A Mansoor Ali, A.SARAVANAN
ICETSH/ 2015
Data Related to Paper The paper presents the experimental study on waste rubber tire concrete. Parallel to the need for protecting the environment and to preserve natural aggregate by using alternative materials which are recycled or waste materials. The mechanical and durability properties of concrete with composition of crumb rubber replacing part of the fine aggregate and cement with silica fume were investigated for M20 grade concrete as per IS10262- 2009.
Test done on sample Properties of aggregates, Workability, compressive strength, split tensile strength of hardened concrete.
Conclusion Test results indicated that there was a reduction in compressive and split tensile strength and increase in flexural strength when the rubber content increase.

Concrete Containing Crumb Rubber with Alccofine.
Athira Pavithran, T.Ashok kumar, Minu Anna Johny
IJEDR/ 2015
Data Related to Paper Concrete is one of the most widely used construction material throughout the world. So each constituents of concrete like aggregate, cement etc. are vital materials needed for the construction industry. Furthermore, this study examined the properties of concrete by partially replacing the cement by Alccofine and fine aggregate by Crumb Rubber (CR) by varying weight percentages of Alccofine(5%, 10%, 15%) and CR (2%, 4%, 6%, 8%) respectively.
Test done on sample Physical and mechanical properties of aggregates, compressive strength of concrete.
Conclusion The compressive strength of rubber concrete with alccofine was greater than that of control mix. This is due to the high pozzolanic reaction of alccofine. Flexural strength of hardened concrete gradually increases as the percentage of alccofine increases and the maximum value obtained is at 15%. This is due to the ultrafine particle size and its high void filling ability.

3. An Experimental Study on Effect of Polypropelene Fibres on Self Compacting Rubberised Concrete.
Megha., Dr. P. R.SreemahadevanPillai
International Journal of Research in Advent Technology/ 2015
Data Related to Paper The worldwide growth of automobile industry and increased use of vehicles lead to increase in volume of waste tyre rubber. Since, concrete is the most widely used construction material on earth, sustainable technologies for concrete construction allow for reduced cost, conservation of resources, utilization of waste materials and the development of eco-friendly durable concrete.
Test done on sample Split tensile strength, Modulus of elasticity, Abrasion resistance of concrete.
Conclusion The workability increases with increase in the percentage of rubber in place of normal fine aggregate. The weight of the cube decreases with increase in the percentage of rubber as fine aggregate. The decrease is up to 4.4%nominal.

4. Experimental Investigation of the Mechanical and Durability Properties of Crumb Rubber Concrete,
Hanbing Liu , Xianqiang Wang , Yubo Jiao and Tao Sha
Materials/ 2016
Data Related to Paper Recycling waste tire rubber by incorporating it into concrete has become the preferred solution to dispose of waste tires. Firstly, the fine aggregate and mixture were partly replaced by crumb rubber to produce crumb rubber concrete. Finally, the crumb rubber after pretreatment by six modifiers was introduced into the concrete mixture
Test done on sample The compressive strength, split tensile strength. Water absorption and specific gravity of RCAs.
Conclusion Adding crumb rubber into concrete resulted in a significant decrease of the mechanical properties, but increased the durability. The effect caused by replacing the mixture with crumb rubber was higher than that caused by fine aggregate replacement.

5. An Experimental Study on Compressive Strength of Concrete Containing Crumb Rubber.
Mohammad Reza sohrabi, Mohammad karbalaie
IJCEE-IJENS/ 2011
Data Related to Paper Addition of rubber to concrete results in the improvement of some mechanical and dynamical properties, such as more energy adsorption, better ductility, and better crack resistance. In this paper, the 7- day and 28- day compressive strength of concretes containing crumb rubber; silica fume and crumb rubber; Nano silica and crumb rubber; and Nano silica, silica fume and crumb rubber is investigated.
Test done on sample Properties of coarse aggregates, compressive strength, split tensile strength, elastic modulus, slump value.
Conclusion Addition of silica fume and nano silica had not a significant effect on the 7- day strength, while the 28- day strength increased relatively. The slump decrease in concrete mixes containing nano silica was higher than those containing silica fumes. Addition of rubber to concrete resulted in a more ductile failure. This behavior indicates that these types of concretes have higher strength and better energy adsorption capability.

Research Gap:
• As per stated in above all the research paper in those papers all researcher doing work by directly use of R.A. by using directly there is lower quality of aggregates and using them in the concrete there is decrement in the all strengths.• So there required to applied some treatments on the R.A. for improve
quality of R.A. • To production of Concrete there is increase in the overall cost of the
concrete to mitigate the overall cost of concrete we have to take some action on it.
14
Aims and Objectives• To investigate the physical and mechanical properties of replace aggregate with rubber
generated from heavy vehicle waste tyre.
• To investigate the influence of cement slurry treatment on replace aggregate with rubber properties.
• To investigative the mechanical properties of replace aggregate with rubber concrete.
• To study on strength and durability properties in partial replacement of aggregate with rubber in concrete.
15
Scope of Work• In this research work we replaced natural aggregate to the
waste tyre rubber 10 to 30%.• For used an M20 grade, the ratio is 1:1.5:3.• This has additional advatage of saving in natural aggregete
used in the production of concrete.• For this issue, the easiest and cheapest way of decomposing
of the rubber is by burning so its creates smoke pollution and other toxic emission and it create global warming. This problem solution is utilized rubber in rubberized concrete.

Procurement of Material
Source of waste rubber :-We collect waste rubber from near to the mehsana
automobile’s garage. The large sized rubber in to smaller pieces by put it in to the
blade cutter or by hand broken and get replace aggregate with rubber.
Sieve these materials from 20mm and 4.75 mm size sieve.

Conclusion- After determining all the properties of coarse aggregates and waste rubber we conclude that it is prefer to replace C.A. with waste recycled rubber. As per our literature survey also we conclude that by direct use of waste rubber in to the concrete it is not preferable. So we thought to apply some treatment on to rubber waste.
23
•Future of Scope of Work- After collecting all the material we will carry out now testing of hardened concrete. We will determine compressive strength and workability properties of conventional concrete and rubber waste concrete. We will replace waste rubber with coarse aggregate upto 50% and find optimum value of replacement. Also we used some plasticizer in rubber waste concrete to improve the properties of concrete.
