Conclusions RFR allows MFI to specify their own

specific social goals. RFR allows MFI to track client experiences

for better understand the needs of each person and design products and services according to these needs (client satisfaction social + mission goals + financial results).

RFR system allows to manage MFI social information directly from MFI database, controling quality and eliminating data errors. Low costs, grate results.
