When you choose Lowen as your fleet graphics supplier, each graphic component is designed, developed, tested and

engineered for superior performance and total compliance to the 3M Matched Component System Warranty.

The 3M™ MCS™ Warranty is the first and the strongest finished graphics warranty available, giving peace of mind

to discriminating users that require optimum performance for the intended life of the graphic. Graphics from Lowen

are produced using 3M’s specified combination of films, inks, clear coats and/or laminates and processed with 3M

specified printing equipment, and applied by 3M and/or Lowen certified installers who are required to adhere to 3M

application specifications.

Not all fleet graphics manufacturers qualify for the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty, but claim to provide one, nonetheless.

While there are basic product warranties, none are as comprehensive as the full MCS Warranty. Furthermore, not

all fleet graphics manufacturers qualify for the elite status of the 3M Scotchprint Graphics Authorized Manufacturer.

This program requires strict adherence to specifications set forth by 3M for quality, equipment, production

environment, capacity and serviceability.

Quality installation is an important factor in the uniform, professional

appearance of your fleet graphics program.

We assign a dedicated, experienced Project Manager to focus on the

requirements, handle the details of graphic installation and removal

through our network of national certified installers, and report the

project’s progress to you. With Lowen, you also have an option

for accessing your larger projects through a customized eData

website designed specifically around your needs.

Lowen Color Graphics is the only fleet graphics

manufacturer with an approved 3M Graphics

Authorized Installation Testing Facility. This

state-of-the-art testing center and demanding testing

program gives installers the opportunity to test for

Lowen Certification and the opportunity to apply to

become a 3M Certified Graphics Installer.

Our inventory/fulfillment program exemplifies our

commitment to providing you with the services necessary to

make your graphics program a success.

An Inventory Program Specialist is assigned to your

program and is responsible for your fulfillment requests.

We offer a variety of reports to keep you informed of

inventory levels and shipments.

We offer a web-based inventory release system to simplify

the inventory ordering process.

Your inventory is stored in a secure, clean, temperature

and humidity controlled environment.

Your Lowen representative, dedicated specifically to your account, will work in partnership with

includes an Inside Customer Service Representative, assigned specifically to your account.

A dedicated Project Manager will focus on your installation/removal projects.

Through our proprietary eData customer information system we offer a variety of on-

line services such as e-mail order confirmation and shipment notification plus you can

also view order history, order status and track shipments on-line. You can also upload

digital files on our FTP site.
