Expediting of Vendor Data / Drawings

The vendor data/drawings required on the Purchase Order shall be controlled, monitored and expedited by the use of Status of Vendor Data. Any delay of delivery ofthe vendor data / drawings shall be highlighted and informed to the relevant Vendor.

The Buyer shall check the status before the release of final payment if all vendor data / drawings have been satisfactorily received as required.
