Parents should judge whether an attraction is suitable for children. Tweetsie Railroad is not responsible for any adverse reaction to the attractions.
The Ghost Train, Haunted House and Freaky Forest are not recommended for persons with heart conditions or sensitivity to loud noise.
The Black Hole, Warp Tunnel and some amusement rides are not recommended for persons with motion sickness.

• Tickets must be ordered at least ten days in advance in order to be mailed to you; otherwise, your tickets will be held for pickup in the Ticket Office “Will Call” desk. There is a $2.00 per ticket processing fee for orders placed by phone. There is no processing fee for Internet orders.
• Tickets may be refunded or exchanged at least 48 hours prior to the event. There is a $5.00 per ticket cancellation fee and $10 per order exchange fee.
• Season Pass holders can call or visit the Ticket Office to pick up tickets.
• No discounts are offered for this event.
