held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL.

ABOUT CBA The Church Benefits Association (CBA), is a voluntary membership organization of approximately 50 church pension boards, religious orders and denominational benefits programs for clergy and church professionals.

CBA began as a yearly conference in 1915. In its over one-hundred-year history, it has grown from just a meeting to an association with activities in all areas of church benefits.

Membership in the CBA is open to any organization sponsoring or administering church benefit programs. A list of current members can be found in the Membership section of the web site here.

One of the main activities of the CBA is its Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is a forum for the dissemination, study and discussion of information relating to the efficiency of operating and administrating church employee benefits programs.

The CBA is dedicated to promoting excellence and preserving the traditions of church benefit boards and church benefit plans through nonpartisan education, collaboration and fellowship.

Don’t miss your chance to be seen at the CBA Annual Meeting! PRESENTATION TALKS Sponsors at the Gold and Platinum levels have the exclusive chance to present a one-hour educational session to attendees. This unique opportunity allows your company to demonstrate industry expertise but is not a platform for direct sales. Submitted presentation materials will be reviewed to ensure they are not sales oriented by Monday, October 1, 2019. The following session information will be requested for each presentation: session title, session description, session speaker names, PowerPoint and any other materials such as videos, handouts, etc. All presentation elements will need to be submitted and reviewed in advance to ensure the content aligns with the sponsorship specifications. Presentation modifications may be requested by the Planning Committee. Presentations should be a maximum of 50 minutes in length, which allows approximately ten additional minutes for questions. Sponsorships available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All vendors will be recognized by on-site signage, in the online program, and on the CBA Annual Meeting site.

Meeting Blast Email • $500.00 Have a unique opportunity to get in front of attendees before the Annual Meeting begins by sending an email blast using CBA servers! Attendees will know exactly where to find you when they arrive. Final Program Ad Cover Page: $500 (Color) Run-of-the-Mill: $350 (Color) $250 (B&W) Include an ad in our final program. The CBA program is digitally sent out to the attendees two weeks before the meeting. Attendees are encouraged to print or download the program to their mobile device. Ad dimensions are 8x11 without bleed. Pre- or Post- Registration Mailing List • $600 A mailing list of all attendees can be purchased for a one-time usage. This gives you a unique opportunity to contact attendees with a mailing piece or an email blast to promote your company or products. A one-time use agreement must be signed and returned to CBA Staff in order to receive the list. Push Notification • $750.00 Send a personalized message to meeting attendees through the notification feature of our app, inviting them to your booth or promoting your product. Lanyards • $2,500 Your company’s logo will stand out and be displayed on lanyards given to all attendees at CBA Annual Meeting. Notebooks with Pens • $3,000 Distributed at registration for CBA Annual Meeting, this handy spiral-bound notebook includes a pen and pages for attendees to take notes. Pocket Schedule • $4,000.00 As soon as attendees check into registration, your company’s logo will be on the pocket schedule which leads to the meeting schedule-at-a-glance. This opportunity allows your company to be in the attendee’s hands or badge pockets throughout the meeting. Art work set up printing and shipping included. Wi-Fi Internet • $5,000.00 Provide wireless connection to the CBA attendees throughout the meeting space. Your company’s name will be at the attendee's fingertips when entering the passcode to access the Wi-Fi. Mobile Application • $5,000.00 Strategically place your corporate logo within our mobile application, this will include the banner at the bottom of the page. Coffee/Beverage • $5,500 Morning and afternoon breaks will be scheduled throughout the vendor space and will include light refreshments. Signage and branded napkins will be provided. There are up to 4 opportunities. Welcome Reception • $7,500.00 The Welcome Reception is a two-hour reception held on the first evening to officially kick off each CBA Annual Meeting. Attendees can enjoy beverages and light snacks while networking. Your company logo will be displayed on signage throughout the event. Branded napkins will also be provided.
