EXHIBITOR PROFILE VIDEOS – FACT SHEET 2019The 2019 Commercial Vehicle Show will soon be upon us and this year we are introducing an added exhibitorservice through our appointed video team, prior to the doors opening on 30th April 2019.This year you will have the opportunity to tell visitors all about your show attendance and the products with a short video.
KEY BENEFITS• Professional video filming and editing support• Increased exhibitor media exposure (high advertising equivalent value)• Video hosted on the exhibitor section of the CV Show website• Video shared multiple times on CV Show social media in the show build up• Content freely available to be used on exhibitor’s social media or website
The video package options are listed below:
FULL PACKAGE HALF DAY £1,000 (+ 0.45p per mile mileage from Meriden)Video recording at a single exhibitor’s premises, allowing focus on specific product(s). Video production andediting to create a final video of up to two minutes in length. After approval, video published on the CV Showwebsite and on CV Show social media. Original version also available to be supplied to exhibitor on request.Includes half-day filming and a half-day editing. Allowance for one set of amends.
FULL PACKAGE FULL DAY £1,300 (+ 0.45p per mile mileage from Meriden)As above but for locations typically 50 miles + from Meriden.
EDITING ONLY PACKAGE £430Video editing of existing footage supplied by exhibitor to create a video of two minutes length. Amends up to one hour.(all video submissions must meet the CV show requirement). Further amends will be charged at an hourly rate of £75.
CLOSING DATEIn order to give your video sufficient time to get your message across the closing date for enquiries will be 15/02/2019
FAQs1. Videos will be up to 2 minutes in length at your premises or a location of your choosing.2. Content to include company overview, your presence at the show and what you will exhibiting.3. Any special offers if suitable.4. Script to be provided by exhibitor with guidance only from videographer.5. The videos must be CV Show specific we will not be producing a corporate video due to time constraints.6. We can edit and prepare an existing video for the CV Show. (Ask for format details).7. Should the videographer be required to stay overnight, this will be an additional cost.

CONDITIONS OF USEBy agreeing to produce a promotional video in partnership with The Commercial Vehicle Show and video creators, Cogent, you hereby provide permission for both of the aforementioned parties to use that content in any future promotional activity. This includes use on corporate websites and through owned social media channels.
Your organisation will have access to the completed video file and you will have the right to share and distribute as you see fit. The overall purpose of the video is to promote your attendance at The Commercial Vehicle Show. The focus should be on products, services or initiatives that are likely to be seen by customers attending the show.
