DESARROLLO ECONOMICO DEL NORTE, A.C., welcomes you to the most important industry event to be held in Northern Mexico for Wire Processing Technology suppliers. It will be held from October 9 - 11, 2019 at the Cuatro Siglos Convention Center located at Calzada del Rio 8989, Fracc. Quintas Alameda, Cd. Juarez Chihuahua.

We are excited that you have decided to be a part of the M-EXPO and we know you will make new connections, create great opportunities and reach new buyers.

This manual offers key information to make your participation a success so please pay special attention to dates, times and requirements. Please make sure you distribute this manual to all of your personnel that will be involved in your participation at the Expo.

The person responsible for the booth should inform all booth personnel involved with the booth of these dates/times. The organizing team of M-EXPO is not responsible if the exhibitor or provider does not finish their assembly in time.

DISASSEMBLY Exhibitors are not allowed to break down their booth early. It is disrespectful to the visitors/attendees. There will be a $400 fine issued if an exhibitor disassembles their booth before closing time.

Assembly Guidelines

1. Exhibitors will responsible for the assembly and disassembly of their booths. If additional assistance is required and you need to hire labor, please contact Ricardo Aguirre at +1 915-304-2787 or email everythingpostal1@gmail.com no later than September 13.

2. Before assembling the booth, both the exhibitor and the person in charge of the assembly, must make sure the dimensions of the space will fit the stand. M-EXPO will not modify its facilities to fit the design of a special stand, as a result the stand must conform to the space.

4.Before the assembly day, all balances must be paid in full to allow entry to booth personnel.

5. The exhibit space is not allowed to be used as a production workshop. It may only be used to assemble parts or modules that have been manufactured in advance. The cleaning of materials, tools, brushes, paint containers or any equipment, in toilets, cafeteria or any other area on the premises is prohibited.

6.No painting or placing of wallpaper on floors, walls, columns or ceilings is allowed. Do not nail, screw, drill or perform any action that may harm/alter the insides or outside of the facility. Also, no welding is allowed. Failure to comply, the exhibitor agrees to cover any expenses incurred by any damage done by his staff or the company contracted for the assembly.

7. It is forbidden to paint with aerosol spray systems or air compressors within the enclosure. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a fine and the exhibitor will be accountable for any damage or inconvenience caused.

8.Nailing or drilling in the booth partitions or metal structures that are provided by the show is not allowed. Otherwise the exhibitor agrees to cover the cost of each damaged booth partition, metal frame or structure. You are allowed to use double-sided tape or hooks to hang anymaterial within the booth.

Assembly Guidelines

9. It is not allowed to use self-adhesive vinyl designs on the screens. In case of non- compliance,the cost of each screen covered with the vinyl will be charged.

10. Respect the border of your booth area, as well as the permitted height.

11. Vehicles are not allowed to park in the ramp area, once your materials have been unloaded you mustmove your car to the parking lot on the northern side to give the other exhibitors the opportunity tounload their vehicles.

12. Every assembly company must have the necessary tools and equipment to carry out its work, M-EXPOdoes not lend or rent its tools or equipment.

13. All heavy machinery and/or equipment needs to be placed on rubber, carpet or someother material to protect the floor.

14. The listing of materials and equipment is optional, for exhibitors that provide this list they mustprovide an original and a copy of the list to the MRO staff, after physical review, the original list will besigned by MRO staff and returned to the exhibitor and the copy will be kept and used when removal ofthe materials and equipment takes place.

15. After 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8th, no more loading or booth assembly is allowed. Thisis to let the event staff place carpets in all aisles and clean all of the areas and get them ready for theevent inauguration. If the Exhibitor, for any reason, cannot occupy his booth by the official assemblycut off date/time, the Expo Organizer will use this booth for other purposes. This does not eliminate theExhibitor’s responsibility of payment for the booth or any additional charges for advertising orsponsorships that he might have contracted.

THE EXPO WILL NOT OPEN WITH EMPTY BOOTHS.

Exhibitors Basic Guidelines

1. Each exhibitor will assign a booth manager who will be in direct contact with theM-EXPO committee. In case of any changes to the booth manager, the exhibitormust immediately notify, in writing, the M-EXPO because this person is receiving allcommunications about the event.

2. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to inform the M-EXPO team about hiring ofa special booth in order to coordinate with your supplier about the height of the areawhere your booth is located.

3. The booth manager should send the hi-res Company logo and complete theSUPPLIER’S DIRECTORY INFORMATION form. The deadline for information toappear in the Suppliers Catalog is Friday, September 13, this catalog is deliveredto all visitors and exhibiting companies.

4. The booth manager is responsible for filling out the BADGE REQUEST form withthe names of the booth workers before Friday, September 20. After this date, thenames cannot change.

5. Each single booth will get 4 FREE badges.

Exhibitors Basic Guidelines

6. PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS DURING THE EVENT: all exhibitors must park theirvehicles in the side area of the building (ground parking) to allow visitors who are theprospective customers of your company, to use the paved parking. The priority of theexhibitor is the Visitor.

7. CONSESSIONS stands will be available for exhibitors to purchase food andbeverages during the event and it is recommended to bring cash (US dollars areaccepted) as credit card machines may not be available.

8. Exhibitor’s badges will be given out on Monday and Tuesday, October 7th and 8th,between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the offices of the Cuatro Siglos Convention Center.

9. Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times inside the M-EXPO and EXPO-MRO.

10. The booth must be attended at all times by the exhibitor staff, without exception.

11. During the event days, the exhibitor must be present 30 minutes before openingto the public and retire after closing time of 6 p.m.

12. It is prohibited, without exception, to tear down the booth before the end ofthe exhibition. It is disrespectful of the exhibitor to the visitors to disassemble theirbooth before the closing time. The exhibitor will be subject to a $400 fine and will notbe able to participate in the following year.

General Guidelines

1. It is PROHIBITED to sublet or share the booth.

2. It is PROHIBITED to hold any demonstration or activity that results in an obstacle inthe aisles or that obstructs access to the booths of the neighboring exhibitors.

3. The person responsible for each stand must present at least 30 minutes before thestart of activities and retire 30 minutes after the times established for the general public.Failure to do so may result in a significant increase in the risk of loss or theft.

4. All Exhibitors and their personnel must perform their promotional activities insidethe stand. No promotions can be done in the common areas. It is not allowed to placeadvertising in hallways, bathrooms, parking, cafeteria, halls, and terraces.

5. The M-EXPO staff will pick up and store all materials left in the common or transitareas during the event. Any costs incurred by this activity will be charged to theappropriate Exhibitor.

6. Internal cleaning booth is the Exhibitor´s responsibility, this applies also to assembly,disassembly and during the event. If the Exhibitor hires an external service company,the exhibitor is liable for any damage incurred.

7. Smoking, handling inflammable products, carrying firearms and introducing liveanimals or pets to the exhibition is PROHIBITED.

General Guidelines

8. After inauguration day, bringing in machinery, heavy equipment, boxes, vehiclesand packaging of large amounts through the entrance will not be allowed.

When showcasing machinery and vehicles, they should not remain on during the entire exhibition but only during demonstrations and using the minimum fuel required. These demonstrations should always comply with safety standards that guarantee the safety for the visitors and the facilities. The M-EXPO Committee may implement additional safety measures during the demonstration and operation of the machinery and apparatus. In case the demonstration becomes dangerous and/or harmful or bothersome for visitors and exhibitors, the show will ask for it to end.

9. It is strictly forbidden that the exhibitor, helpers or the company that has beencontracted for the assembly and disassembly, leave packing, strapping, cardboard,wood, etc. in the corridors and common areas. If it is light debris, the exhibitor mustplace it in the general dump located in the area of platforms.

10. The Convention Center has many different areas, such as: conference rooms, foodarea, exhibition areas, lobby, offices and exteriors. These spaces have different types offinishes in the floors and the walls, so we request that we are very careful not to damagethe facilities.

11. At the end of the disassembly time, the M-EXPO Committee will remove anddispose of any exhibitor material or elements that still remain in the exhibition area andthe exhibiting company will be charged the expense.

12. Any damages incurred from the non-compliance of the Exhibitor Guidelines willhave to be covered immediately by the exhibitor.

13. Although there is insurance against damage from third parties, the M-EXPO Committee is not responsible for any damages to the equipment andpeople during the assembly, the days of the event and dismantling, so werecommend to the exhibitors acquire their own equipment insurance.

14. If your operations require 220V or compressed air, these servicesmust be ordered through the BOOTH SERVICES REQUEST FORM no laterthan Friday, September 13. Orders placed after this date will result in a10% rate increase for orders placed after September 13 throughSeptember 29 and a 20% rate increase for any orders placed afterSeptember 29 through October 5.

Booth Services Continued

1. All services must be ordered and scheduled before September 13, 2019.After this date, we cannot guarantee the delivery of these services and they willbe subject to availability.

2. There will be a 10% rate increase for orders placed after September13 through September 29 and a 20% rate increase for any orders placedafter September 29 through October 5.

3. Delivery for requested services will be provided by order of entry during thedate of assembly on a first-come, first-served basis.

SHIPPING & MATERIAL HANDLING INFORMATION

1. If your company has the capability to export shipments to Mexico, you are welcome to useyour preferred logistics carrier.

2. If your company does not have the capability to export shipments to Mexico, it is highlyrecommended that you ship your materials in advance to the Everything PostalWarehouse in El Paso, TX and M-EXPO will facilitate the crossing of your shipmentbetween the USA and Mexico thru its logistics arm, E-POSTAL LOGISTICS.

3. Shipments to the Everything Postal Warehouse must arrive on or before September 13,2019 (No equipment will be accepted after this date).

4. Due to import restrictions, please do not send carpeting to the advance warehouse.M-EXPO will provide carpeting for all booths.

5. If you have a hanging sign or banner, please send it to the Everything Postal Warehouse.Hanging signs and banners must be clearly identified and readily available since they areinstalled first, before the show floor becomes encumbered by freight.

6. Be sure your company name and booth number are indicated on each item in yourshipment, all crates, boxes, pallets, etc.

7. Refer to the Everything Postal Logistics Rate card for additional information and shippinginstructions.

8. All freight received at the advance warehouse will be delivered either before or during yourscheduled assembly time.

9. If you require a forklift to place machinery within your booth, please refer to the BOOTHSERVICES REQUEST FORM. Requests for in-booth forklifts are due by September 13,2019.

10. Shipments returning to the US can take up to one week to arrive at the Everything PostalWarehouse in El Paso, TX. Exhibitors will be responsible for making their ownarrangements to pick up these shipments once they arrive.
