GENERAL INFORMATION

UB Historic BuildingGran Via de les Corts Catalanes,585, 08007 Barcelona

In the city centre stands the University of Barcelona’s most emblematic site: the Historic Building. Constructed in 1863 by the architect Elies Rogent, the building was one of the focal points in the new layout of the Catalan capital.

Important dates:-Application deadline: March 15th, 2019-Company logo should be send to [email protected] to be posted on the web. -Notification for booth allocation, April 30th 2019 -Application for booth Facilities and furniture: May 20th 2019-Own booth information should be sent to [email protected] by May 20th 2019

Booth information:Booth Running Hours: - Move in: June 12th, we will soon detail schedule. - Exhibit dates: the exhibition schedule will be coincident with the conference schedule. - Move out: June 15th, from 5 pm to 7 pm.

The conference will take place in a historical building, so booths should be simple with reduced structures and easy to assemble and dismantle. Find below booth hiring options.

Shipping materials to your ISTU/EUFUS booth:If you wish to send your promotional material before the event, you must contact with RESA EXPO LOGISTICS, the official handling company in charge of the congress venue storage.Before shipping any items to your stand please make sure you get in touch with the official handling company, RESA EXPO LOGISTICS.They will be happy to solve your doubts and offer their services for reception and delivery or unloading to stand of your materials.


Please note that the venue does not receive, customs clear or store incoming shipments. If you intend to ship goods directly to your stand, you need to be there in order to sign off the delivery note of your transport company.Please see contact details below. General Terms & Conditions:To guarantee items availability please send this form before 20th May 2019 to [email protected] The total costs will be billed to confirm them to the data specified by each exhibitor and the amount must be paid before the start the conference by credit card or bank transfer. All the material will be delivered directly to the booth and the labelling will be placed during the assembly.

The prices that appear in the application forms are without VAT (21% according to Spanish laws by 2019). These prices are for the full event, not per day, and include deliver and pick up.
