WelcomeOn behalf of the EAGE board and the Local Advisory Committee Amsterdam ‘14 it is our pleasure to invite your organization to exhibit and / or to sponsor at the 76th EAGE Conference & Exhibition 2014.

Approximately 7,000 visitors from around the world are expected to visit the exhibition, offering international, regional and national companies and organizations the opportunity to showcase their latest state-of-the-art products and services to a technically diverse group of energy professionals and high-level management. The Largest Geoscience Event

The 76th EAGE Conference and Exhibition 2014 (in short: Amsterdam ‘14) is the largest and most comprehensive geo-science event in the world. The six-day programme includes a large conference, workshops, short courses, technical exhibition, student programme and field trips presenting the latest developments in geophysics, geology and reservoir/petroleum engineering. In 2012, more than 6,100 visitors from around 90 different countries attended the event. 1. Space Only

The Space Only option offers you the chance to create and build your own, unique stand!

Space Only fees:

2. Booth Package

If you do not wish to build your own stand, the booth package is an excellent choice, as EAGE will then take care of the basic needs. The booth package includes:

•  White-wall panels (height 250 cm) with an aluminium frame•  Mains connection•  Socket outlet, including normal electricity consumption•  One spotlight per 3 m²•  A fascia with a name board on all open sides of the booth•  Carpet (choice of colours)•  Booth cleaning

Space allocation

Contracts received before 15 September 2013 will be handled according to the Point Priority System. Companies with the highest number of points can make the first selection on the floor plan. Priority points must be used before 15 September 2013 for Amsterdam ‘14 space allocation. Points are issued for (booked and paid) exhibition space, sponsoring and/or advertising. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the EAGE website (www.eage.org) for more information. Contracts received on or after 15 September 2013 will be handled on a first come, first served (space available) basis.

3. Special Interest Areas

EAGE offers different ways to participate during the exhibition. The Special Interest Areas provide you extra exposure in EAGE’s publications and a great location on the exhibition floor.

Job CentreIn the Oil and Gas industry there is an increased concern about the growing demand for E&P (technical) personnel. The Job Centre is one of the ways EAGE wishes to contribute to these recruitment challenges. A Job Centre booth is available from a minimum of 9 m² and includes a booth package.
