Thank you for your interest in Florida’s largest annual convention and the world’s second largest Aviation Fly-In & Expo. Over 200,000 international and national guests attend SUN ‘n FUN annually to explore the marketplace you help create! Your presence is a quality addition to each visitor’s experience. Our southern hospitality, provided by more than 3,500 amazing volunteers, is unparalleled. SUN ‘n FUN is well known as the airshow season opener to the pilot community, but did you know proceeds from the Fly-In and all of the events held on the SUN ‘n FUN Expo Campus throughout the year are returned to STEM (Science, Technology, Education and Math) programs and scholarships through SUN ‘n FUN’s Aerospace Center for Excellence (ACE)? If you have exhibited in prior years, YOU have made a difference in the lives of thousands of students exposed to the excitement of aviation through ACE camps, workshops, teacher training, outreach in the schools, field trips and more.

In addition, SUN ‘n FUN contributes over $430,000 annually to scholarships for flight lessons, college tuition and technical training for students pursuing aerospace career paths. MANUFACTURERS DISPLAY (MD)Reserved primarily for aircraft manufacturers, the northernmost exhibit area just south of the 9/27 runway.

SUN ‘N FUN EXHIBITS (SNF)Large spaces primarily for aircraft manufacturers east of the FAA building and south of the ManufacturersDisplay area.

SOUTHEAST EXHIBITS (SE)Large spaces for aircraft and others requiring a large footprint, just inside the SUN ‘n FUN front gate; also the location of the Veteran’s Plaza, International Tent, and Car Show.

LIGHT AIRCRAFT & LIGHT ROTORCRAFT (LP) (Paradise City) Home to light aircraft and light rotorcraft, just south of vintage & classic aircraft parking on a major tram route. Includes an FAA approved grass strip with daily flight activity.

All exhibitors enjoy access to the Exhibitor Office and the“Exhibitor Oasis” hospitality area. SUN ‘n FUN extends an invitation to attend the annual Exhibitor Appreciation Breakfast. SUN ’n FUN also provides exhibitors with official web and print graphics for use in promot-ing your exhibitor booth location at the event.

Each exhibit space also includes staff credentials and access to the Pink Parking lot. The same parking pass also allows direct access to the exhibit areas for loading/unloading of supplies before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. daily. (Exception: 6:30 p.m. on closing day)

Priority is given to aviation exhibitors in order to keep the focus of the event on aviation and attract a highly interested, motivated audience ready to do business with our exhibitors.

Tents, shipping services and more can be found on our APPROVED SUPPLIERS list on page 4.

INDOOR EXHIBITSFour 20,000 sq. ft. hangars at “show center” offer 10x10 and 10x20 exhibit spaces which include electricity, back curtain pipe and drape, sign and credentials. Wireless internet and telephone service is available for purchase. Food vendors are located within walking distance for the convenience of guests and exhibitors alike.

OUTDOOR EXHIBITSAvailable in a wide range of sizes and areas around the SUN ’n FUN campus, most outdoor spaces include electricity; please see the exhibit maps following for exceptions. Footprints may range from 100 to 7,500 sq. ft. and are priced accordingly. Wireless internet is also available for rent in most outdoor spaces. Please ask about your particular preferred area.

CHALET RENTALS

Breakdown of exhibit booth/tents before 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2018, is not permitted.

We will tug or otherwise assist aircraft to depart between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the outdoor exhibit areas. No other break-down may take place.

GES will begin positioning trailers in front of Exhibit Hangars A, B, C and D between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., starting with Hangar D. Vehicles will be allowed site access at 6:30 p.m.

Hangars will remain open until 9 p.m. on April 15. They will re-open Monday, April 16 at 8 a.m.

Access control is an important element of the security program at the SUN ’n FUN Fly-In. Your credential for access to our site is a name badge/ribbon and must be visibly worn at all times. If you or your team do not have your credentials, you will not be allowed access to the SUN ’n FUN site.

If you have someone coming who needs a name badge out of your allotment, you may put it in an envelope with his or her name on it and leave it at WINDOW 20 at SUN ’n FUN’s Main Registration Building (at the main admissions gate) for convenient pick up.

If you need additional credentials (a daily or weekly wrist-band), they must be purchased at Main Registration at the posted rate.

WINDOW 20 is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. No entry to the event will be permitted without a Exhibitor Credential or wristband.
