Exhibit Associates, Inc.

Founded in March, 1978, is a small business enterprise engaged in the planning, design, fabrication and servicing of exhibits for museums, visitor centers and trade shows. In addition, the Company designs, fabricates and installs donor recognition wall sculptures and interior retail graphics. The Company currently occupies 65,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. Capabilities include the planning and design of projects utilizing the cabinetmaking expertise of the production operation. Our shop employees are members of the Cabinetmakers local union with a broad range of experience. Modern computer-aided design and production equipment is utilized by a talented staff to formulate and produce functional designs with maximum visual impact. The graphics department uses state-of-the-art equipment to produce large-format graphics, pressure sensitive vinyl, three-dimensional and silk screened graphics.

Exhibit Associates, Inc. has assisted many organizations in bringing a myriad of messages to the public through effective exhibits in museums, visitor centers, retail displays and trade show environments. A reputation for quality, innovation and cooperation has been the cornerstone in the growth of the Company over the past 33 years. Key Personnel

DON JALBERT | PresidentDon Jalbert , President of Exhibit Associates, has been involved in business, sales, and marketing for most of his 20 years in the Kansas City Area. Prior to Kansas City Don served in the United States Air Force, worked for Electronic Data Systems, imported wine from Australia and Portugal, and ran a “stability and transition” program for a defense contractor in Afghanistan. He brings a project management,technology, and marketing aspect to each and every customer engagement. His belief is to hire the best people, provide them the tools and get out of their way. Don is excited about the quality of the products and the dedication of the staff at Exhibit Associates.

JAY ROBERTS | Project Manager/DesignerJay has been in the industry for over 14 years. His initial exposure to the industry as a designer gives him a wealth of knowledge in the design and preparation stages as well as the construction management. As the account and project manager, Jay’s knowledge and experience in the industry gives our customers the advantage from the initial concepts of the project through the final construction stage.

CINDY KENDALL | Graphic Designer/TechnicianCindy joined EAI in 2005 as a graphics designer. Her experience with a variety of graphic techniques and materials makes her well-suited for a project of this nature. In addition to her design skills, Cindy is extremely talented in the use of state-of- the-art- software and hardware.

JOE WAERS | Shop ForemanJoe has been with the Company for over 30 years and serves as our shop foreman. His entire working life has been spent in the cabinetmaking trade with EAI. The Company is very fortunate to have Joe’s expertise. He has worked with all types of materials on a wide range of projects. His talent in transforming concepts into three dimensional cabinetry of exceptional quality is outstanding. Joe also would serve as on-site installation supervisor. He oversees a team of other talented cabinetmakers who assist in the fabrication of high quality projects.

STEVE WATTS | Lead CabinetmakerSteve has been with the Company for 30 years. In this time he has produced a wide array of projects utilizing his cabinetmaking skills. He is engaged with each project from initial fabrication through installation. Steve has worked on virtually every major project done by EAI in the 25 years he has been with us.
