Drop Knees
Drop Knees Lie on the floor with knees bent. Flatten the abdominal wall pushing the navel back to the
spine and then keeping the knees together slowly lower to one side at about 45 degrees and
hold for 5 -‐ 10 seconds then return to the centre and repeat on the opposite side. Shoulders
remain on the floor. Hold position each time feeling the tension in the abdominals. Start at 5
reps of 10 sec holds. No pillow required. Ensure you check with your practitioner before
progressing.
