Retest Date #1:12.12.2014 – Can we get you back running?

Retest Date #2:Measure bodyweight and Waist circumference. Last session before Xmas likely to be 22nd or 24th Dec.

Retest Date #3:Post Xmas (Likely to be 5th or 7th Jan 2015) – Re-measure all from initial consultation and we will also re-evaluate you training slots if your new jobs means you need to change your schedule around.

I will also set you a mobility routine for you to complete at home. You will need to do this as much as possible to help you move better and get you running. To ensure you understand this we will go through this together when you’re next in training.
