Additional Notes With 10 days between the fit test and first session, it gives a great opportunity to work on the basics of nutrition and hydration. The aim is to fix a routine that is manageable for the first 8 weeks. I expect to see progress with the first retest on Friday 15th. We have set a structure of 4 meals a day. Each meal has 2 palms of vegetables, 2 palms of protein and a tablespoon of healthy oil. We are swapping mocha coffees to bulletproof or black coffees. In week 2 aim to reduce coffees to just before workouts. The last initial behavioural goal is drinking 3 litres of water a day. The two training sessions at Matt Roberts will be a combination of mobility, hy-pertrophy and metabolic conditioning work. This will be to stimulate the re-lease of adipose tissue into the bloodstream for the body to use as energy post exercise. The session outside of Matt Roberts should be either a 30-45 minute low inten-sity cardio session with a bulletproof coffee prior, or a full body workout using machines within the gym. The level of motivation and thirst for knowledge is fantastic. I am looking forward to training you Matt.

This section is very clearly laid out, with additional measurements spe-cific to the client’s goals inputted.

The notes section clearly demonstrates that the trainer has engaged with the cli-ent’s needs. It is detailed and shows a confident plan of action! The language

used is motivating, and the content is in-formative.

Showing the days here indi-cates that the trainer is aware of the client’s regular bookings.
