A Challenging CurriculumThe curriculum is designed to sharpen your skills in the key functional areas of management such as finance, marketing and operations. Then you will move on to the latest management theory and practice in leadership, strategy, and international business and globalization.

Applied Approach Courses in the Executive MBA Program use real-world case studiesthat encourage students to apply theoretical knowledge to the problems and issues facing organizations. Woven throughout the 2nd year of the Executive MBA program, the capstone project brings current challenges in your workplace into the classroom.

With the capstone project, you’ll be required to negotiate, create and ready a major project for implementation within your organization. While each project is highly unique, you will not only acquire technical knowledge and management concepts but will also develop an understanding of organizational politics and culture, the art of influencing others, the ability to delegate, delivering impactful presentations, and selling ideas.

THE FACULTY Our professors are PhD-qualified, bring a wealth of academic knowledge into the classroom and stay current by doing consulting work for leading companies internationally. Our faculty members are a valuable resource, not only while you’re in the program but for the rest of your professional career. Your professors are teachers first and foremost: their job is to open up the black box and expose you to new possibilities and experiences based on the latest management research. But your professors are also mentors and coaches. They will expect you to reflect on and test new concepts, and reshape your actions to achieve better performance. It’s a dynamic process – moving from the abstract to the concrete and back again. But that is what great leaders do every day.
