a maximum 10% above the employee's current salary; and such amount shall be included in the

calculation of current rate of pay for the purposes of Section 5 of this Ordinance. (Rev NS-20.20)

(7) When Undersheriff is assigned Chief of Correction responsibility Section 11 will apply.

Individual pay shall be based on complete review and evaluation of each individual and that individual's

salary history with the County. Hiring and adjustments shall be made within the schedule based on

recommendation of the County Executive. Automatic step placements are eliminated.
