UNIT 2: CompletedCorrespondence – Norms for Business Letters, Letters for different kinds of situations – Personalized standard letters (appointment letter, promotion letter, interview letter, termination letter etc.) Enquiries and replies, Collection series letters.
To Be Completed In Unit 2 :Sales Promotion Letters & customer complaints (will be completed in two days)

UNIT III : Report Writing – structure of reports – long & short reports – formal and informal reports – writing research reports, technical reports – norms for including exhibits and appendices.
UNIT IV:Non-verbal communication – personal appearance posture – body language – use of charts, diagrams and tables – visual and audio visual aids for communication – Dyadic communication – face to face communication – telephonic conversation.
UNIT V:Conducting Meeting: Procedure – Preparing Agenda, minutes and resolutions – conducting seminars and conferences:- Procedure of Regulating Speech – evaluating oral presentation – Group Discussion : Drafting Speech.
