manage kitchens which are well equipped, strictly adhering to all

health and safety regulations

produce menus and food of a high international standard

build a competent and motivated kitchen team through confident and

caring leadership.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), a

qualified chef, great organisation skills, a proven keen customer service

focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and a minimum of 3 years’

experience in a similar position.
