cardholders are automatically covered with their U.S. Bank Executive Card.

• Golden Ticket Upgrades — When ordering ticketsthroughGoldenTicketsat800‑288‑2461,Executive cardholders simply indicate they are a U.S. Bank Executive cardholder and would like the transaction placed on their U.S. Bank Executive card. Cardholders will be automatically upgraded to the nextbestticketcategory.Ticketrequestshouldbemade at least three weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
