The Bahamas Closes BordersOn March 27th, The Government of The Bahamasrestricted air transport into the Bahamas. OdysseyAviation has received approval from The CompetentAuthority to remain open and operational with specificguidelines. Below are the updates since last week:
RESTRICTION - COUNTRY IS CLOSED TO ALLINCOMING PASSENGERS: No passenger shall bepermitted to enter and disembark for any reasonincluding transiting through the Bahamas. All aerodromesincluding private aerodromes and fixed-based operatorsshall be closed to incoming international flights carryingpassengers except with prior written permission from theappropriate authority.
Odyssey Aviation's FBOs at MYNN and MYEF havechanged their operating hours to 1200UTC - 2000UTCuntil further notice.

• Our entire FBO office is in lockdown and employees are not present at the facility.• ExecuJet is working on obtaining an exemption letter from the Government via the Ministry of Aviation to allow our
staff members to report to the facility in the event of emergency & essential flights based on the letter issued bythe Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) with Ref: NCAA/DG/AIR/11/16/108 dated 23rd March 2020.• Operators intending to initiate an emergency or essential flight, prior our approval from the Ministry, shall obtain
same exemptions Letter (Specifically addressed to ExecuJet Aviation Nigeria FZE) from the Presidency or Ministerof Aviation, to enable us to support their ops as appropriate.
• There is limited towing for aircrafts based within the facility during this period.• All requests for FBO/MRO support (fueling, handling, MTX, CIQ clearance, etc.) MUST be received 24 hours ahead
of SCHEDULE ETD/ETA and must receive an acknowledgement email from the FBO/MRO Team for confirmation andpossibility of support with necessary approvals.

Rhode Island Travel RestrictionsAs of March 24th, any person who returns to RhodeIsland after domestic airplane travel must immediatelyself-quarantine for 14 days. This order is in effect untilApril 22nd, 2020. Effective March 26th, any person coming to Rhode Islandfrom New York State must self-quarantine for 14 days. Inaddition, any person who has come to Rhode Island fromNew York within the last 14 days must self-quarantine forthe remainder of the 14-day period since arrival in RhodeIsland. This order is in effect until April 25th, 2020. These restrictions do not apply to public health, publicsafety or healthcare workers. Austin, TX Travel Restrictions
Henriksen Jet Center at Austin Executive Airport (KEDC)is still operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Theirlobby is not open to the general public, but crews andpassengers are permitted. The Texas Governor has issued a mandatory 14-day self-quarantine for air travelers coming from the states ofNew York, Connecticut, New Jersey, California, Louisianaand Washington and also added the cities of Atlanta,Detroit and Miami. Port City Air (KPSM) Open & Ableto Accommodate Int'l Flights
Port City Air is working hard and remains open at
Portsmouth Int'l Airport at Pease (KPSM) in Portsmouth,NH. Their local U.S. Customs office continues to clearinbound international flights meeting U.S. Governmentguidelines. Please contact local US Customs to makeclearance arrangements at +1 (603) 422-0910. Theirpro-active int'l quick-turn team will maintain appropriatesocial distance and be ready to support any specific crewinstructions relative to handling of the aircraft. They areable to provide int'l trash service, fuel, lavatory service,GPU, air start and de-ice. Typical service time is 20minutes. They have plenty of ramp parking space andavailability for short and long-term hangar for any sizebusiness jet. Maven FBO (KPTK) ImplementsRemote Customer Service
Maven by Midfield at Oakland County Int'l Airport (KPTK)has implemented "remote CSRs" in response to theCOVID-19 outbreak. Their high tech web-based system allows their CSRs toperform all customer service related tasks from home.They have full access to the security cameras to ensurethe safety of their based tenants' aircraft and facility atall times. They also have a phone app they use for radiocommunications allowing the CSRs and Line Servicepersonnel to remain in close contact. Maven FBO still hasone CSR coming in at a time to sanitize the facility andemployees on-call in case of an emergency. DuPage Flight Center is open and operational. The State of Illinois is currently under a"stay-at-home" order but the airport has been deemed an essential service and willremain open.
Additional Paragon Network Updates
Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) is still operating 24/7/365. They are an IS-BAH CertifiedFBO and practice high-level security protocols at all times. They have added additionalcleanings and all team members are following COVID-19 guidelines. Miami-Dade Countyis under a "stay safer at home" order but the airport has been deemed an essentialservice and will remain open.
Ross Aviation Thermal's North location at Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM) isopen and full operational. They have temporarily closed their South location until furthernotice. Although the state of California is currently under a "stay at home" order, theFBO has been deemed an essential service and will remain open at this time.
Henriksen Jet Center at Houston Executive Airport (KTME) is currently open andoperational. They are located in Waller County and are not currently under a "stay athome" order like the rest of the city of Houston. If Waller County does issue a similarorder, the airport has been deemed an essential service and will remain open.
Silverhawk Aviation at Lincoln Municipal Airport (KLNK) is open and full operational. Theyhave fogged their building, heightened cleaning protocols and are following allregulations put forth by the CDC. You can view the Nebraska state travelrecommendations here.
