The Sherpa Executive Coaching Conference will be here

before you know it! We call it EXCO, and this is the twelfth

annual event.

Are you a Certified Sherpa Coach? Then you know the

Sherpa method is the most detailed process in print. EXCO is about maintaining mastery of that complex process. It’s

about recertification. It’s about reconnecting with colleagues

from a large and encouraging community. EXCO is like a class reunion – stay in touch and support the people you

studied with!

Are you considering the Sherpa certification? EXCO is a big

step toward the confidence, determination and discipline

required to become a Certified Sherpa Coach. Get that first

foot in the door!

Have you come to appreciate the Sherpa process, in whole or in part? EXCO is a unique chance to

work directly with the authors and creators of the process.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed both a wide variety of speakers and a global audience of

coaches. This year we return to our roots.

EXCO 2017 will focus exclusively on mastery of the Sherpa process for executive coaching.

Who should attend: every Certified Sherpa

Coach and practitioner of the Sherpa process.

Your natural ability and experience have

gotten you where you are. EXCO 2017 is all

about sharpening your coaching skills. You will receive fresh insights as you share the

experience of the people who literally “wrote

the book” on coaching. You will achieve new understanding and mastery of the 30+ tools

embedded in Sherpa technology. Your

instincts for tool selection will be enhanced. Your use of Sherpa tools will be elevated. You

will walk away with confidence, knowing you

will be a better coach.

The conference gets underway on Sunday

with a series of sessions geting the party started that afternoon. Based on our annual market

research, we select speakers with top-level expertise and experience, and let them tell you what everyone is asking about.

The Sunday afternoon sessions run from 1 to 4 PM, which leaves you time to stretch, freshen up and join our evening welcome reception at The Westin, a stunning environment, highlighted by spectacular

views of Fountain Square and downtown Cincinnati, all lit up for the evening!

The conference continues Monday and Tuesday with several Sherpa Master Coaches covering different

paths and tools of the Sherpa Process. Sessions do not overlap, so you won’t miss a thing!

Dear Sherpas, Coaches, and Colleagues,

We have this amazing process that helps us focus on exactly what we should with our clients. It helps guide us along the guardrails and gives us a direction that we know works. Here’s the deal: you know the tools in the Sherpa Process. You know there are 33 and there are ten paths. Our challenge: we know you don’t use them like you could. The possibilities are endless. This conference will help you expand your knowledge of every tool out there.

Answering questions like: ❖ Am I using this tool the best way? ❖ Am I getting all I can out of this tool? ❖ How can I use this tool to benefit my client even more? ❖ What else do Sherpas do with this tool?

Let’s be honest – there are tools you never use, right? Tools you’d rather leave behind in the tool shed. We’re here to tell you … you don’t know the truth! The truth about the tools. You will leave this conference with more knowledge and more useful information than you could possibly believe. We will be tearing apart and building each tool back up. You will leave EXCO 2017 packed with great ideas, tips and techniques. I can hardly wait!

Your Sherpa,

Think of EXCO 2017 as more of a workshop than a conference: Intimate. Focused.

Productive.

A single-track event will replace separate breakout sessions. You can expect group work,

case studies, and real interaction. The three-day program will concentrate on the skills that

make you a better, more successful – and more prosperous – coach. You’ll build a network

of top-flight professional peers. Independent coaches will rub elbows with coaches from

Fortune 100 organizations, government agencies and universities, expanding their personal networks while building their coaching proficiencies.

Sherpa Coaching is a for-profit corporation dedicated

to growth. We used more subcontractors in 2016 than we had in the three previous years. Coaches

who remain certified and build additional skills in

teaching Sherpa programs are first in line when new

client opportunities arise.

As our franchise grows, so does the value of our

brand. People, who know about coaching, know the

Sherpa name. We’re the only coaching process endorsed by multiple universities, which brings great

benefit and credibility to Sherpa coaches. You’ll be

associated with the best research in the field. You’ll

also be the very first to hear about new

developments in SelfWare: applied neuroscience and business behavior.

As coaches, we know about business behavior. To

become better coaches, we must develop our skills. The Sherpa process provides a priceless– and

practical – toolbox. Get on board today. Work with

the authors of the process as they share their

experience in applying the tools with top-level clients all the way up to the Fortune Top 20.

To earn more, learn more! Our topics will include:

• Sherpa tools and when to use them

• Diagnostics and path selection

• Surprises from the 12th annual survey • Women in Leadership

• The Corporate Culture Index

EXCO is routinely approved by the ICF for continuing education hours.
