Green Peas Masala Idli
Ingredient:
1 cup roasted suji2 cup sauted medium crushed green peas1/2 cup rice soaked (approx 30min)1/2 cup moong dal soaked (approx 30min)2 tsp mustard seed 2 tsp jeera1/2 cup curd
oilsalt6-7 curry leaves2-3 chopped green chilliessmall piece of ginger1 tbsp Pudina Powder/ finely chopped pudinaa pinch of tumeric powder2 medium finely chopped onions1 tbsp fruit salt(eno)
Procedure
Take suji and sauted crushed green peas in bowl and add chopped onion and green chillies.Then give a tadka of mustard seed,jeera and curry leaves and pour it in the suji and onion mixture.Add a pinch of tumeric and mix well keep aside for 10 min.(no need to add water)Remove the excess water from the moong dal and rice.Grind the mixture of dal and rice with curd and ginger to a fine batter.Then mix the batter with suji and green peas mixture and add pudina powder.Add salt as required.The consistency of the batter should be exactly like idli batter.(slight thick)keep aside the mixture for 20 minsAt the time of making idli's then only add the fruit salt to mixture and pour 1 tbsp of water on fruit salt stir quickly.
Take a nonstick idli stand easily available in market Put the stand on gas directly add very little oil in all circle so that it does not stick.Pour the Mixture approx 1 spoon in the circle cover the stand with plate and cook both the side for 5 mins Till golden brown on medium/slow flame.Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Ingredients
Whole-wheat flour (atta) 1½ cups
Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal) ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1½ teaspoons
Coriander seeds 2 tablespoons
Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
Black peppercorns 5-6
Oil 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida a pinch
Gram flour (besan) 2 tablespoons
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ghee as required
Method
1. Soak dhuli urad dal in one cup of water for two hours. Boil and set aside. 2. Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennels seeds and black peppercorns separately.
Cool and crush lightly. Set aside. 3. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and gram flour and cook till fragrant.4. Add boiled urad dal and sauté for two to three minutes.5. Add crushed spices and sauté for half a minute. Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix
well and remove from heat. 6. Take atta, salt and remaining oil in a bowl and mix. Add sufficient water and knead into
dough. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for fifteen minutes.7. Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll into balls. Make a dent in each ball,
fill it with filling and fold and shape into a ball again. Press lightly on tabletop. Pat with finger tips and roll into rotis or use a rolling pin.
8. Heat a tawa, place a roti on it. Roast for half a minute and flip. Drizzle some ghee all around and cook till the underside is done. Flip again and drizzle some more ghee all around. Cook till the second side is evenly done. Similarly make the remaining rotis.
9. Serve hot.

preparation method
In a bowl take all the ingredients like potato, sweet potato, spinach, beans, Green peas, capsicum, ginger, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, corn flour, salt, garam
masala, coriander Powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix and mash all the ingredients together, and make a smooth mixture for Kebabs.
Heat oil in a pan. Make round shaped kebabs with the mixture and sauté on low flame, Till brown on both sides. Hare bhare kebabs are ready. Put some chaat masala to enhance the taste and serve

preparation method
In a pan, heat ghee and fry makhana. Keep aside.Heat ghee in a pan and add tomato, onion, and garlic-ginger paste. Stir it continuously till it turns brown.Add poppy seeds and fry for few minutes. Turn off the heat.Add makhana, cream, cottage cheese, salt, turmeric, red chili pepper, and pudina leaves.Set it aside for at least half an hour.Now put the deep bottomed pan on heat and then add milk.Mix 3 cups of water once it starts to boil.Simmer till the makhana become soft.Add garam masala and cashew nuts.Turn off the heat after some minutes and transfer the curry to a bowl.Serve hot.
