We are excited about the great many prospects in the upcoming new year. However, before we look ahead let’s reflect onwhere we’ve been. AE has grown considerably over the last year. 2019 has been a year of new beginnings and ofmaintaining old acquaintances. On June 10, 2019, AE Engineering, Inc. became certified as a Jacksonville Small andEmerging Business Enterprise (JSEB) by the City of Jacksonville. The JSEB program is dedicated to "Enriching SmallBusiness Growth “through Knowledge, Partnership, Education and Opportunity." The City further supports the JSEB programby setting a utilization goal. Another goal was to provide “stellar construction management services to each of the FDOTDistricts, municipalities and other agencies by sharing our commitment to complete customer satisfaction” and we have beendoing just that with your help and dedication. This past year, we have built a successful team of great people. We are veryproud of our staff, and look forward to the added growth of new staff members and new projects.

LETS REFLECT ON 2019...…….We updated our company website, and produced an awesomenew company brochure that provides clients a summary of ourcompany, a list all of our professional services we offer and ourapproved FDOT Prequalification's. We invested in newpromotional marketing materials such as folders, pens andsome awesome gadgets for all exhibits, conferences andmarketing meetings to help communicate the key benefits ofour business and services to prospective clients in a visuallycompelling manner. All of these have aided us to better marketAE to our current and potential new clients.RESUMES: All resumes were recently updated with a fewminor changes. These are a very important marketing tool forAE. This is the only means in which we can showcase yourabilities, experience, and years in the industry. We will besending you (via email) a template form for your completionevery quarter. We would appreciate your contribution byproviding any work performed on projects over the last fewmonths. Resumes must be updated to showcase your workand experience to win work.DELTEK COSTPOINT: In July, our company made thedecision to switch over to a new, multifunctioning timesheetprogram to make it more accessible for all employees invarious departments. AE staff, please don't forget to stampyour timesheets on time every week. Ourteam was honored to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and re-open thisbeautiful, restored, historic bridge to the public. It was a pleasure working on thisproject for the county.
