Then for one year, I neither ate nor drank anything. I would encounterextreme hardships. One night, I was tested in extreme cold weather, Iwould repeatedly fall asleep and Ghusl became obligatory on me dueto nocturnal emission. I would immediately go to the river and makeGhusl over there. On that night alone, I had to make Ghusl forty times(in icy cold water).(Ba jat-ul-Asrr, pp. 164-165)

    14. Picking Bits of Food from the Floor and Eating ThemThe king of Baghdad, Shaykh Abdul Qdir Jln stated: Iwould intend to pick up the fallen things, leaves and grass to eat, but Iwould leave them making self-sacrifice for others who would also bein search of those things. I would remain hungry. When I becameextremely weak and was close to death, I found something lying on thefloor near the flower market and picked it up. I sat at a corner to eat it.Suddenly, I saw a non-Arab youngster who had fresh bread and roastedmeat, he sat and began to eat. When I saw him eating, my desire forfood intensified. When he would take the morsel in his hand to eat, Iwould spontaneously open my mouth so that he may put the morselinto my mouth. However, I rebuked my Nafs and asked it to be patientas Allah is with me. I clarified to my Nafs that I would never ask the young man for anything to eat. All of a sudden, turning towardsme, the youngster said, Brother! Please come and join me in thismeal. I refused but he insisted. My Nafs also insisted that I eat but Ikept advising it to have patience. However, I ate a little due to the

insistence of the young man. He then asked me, Where are you from?I told him that I was from Jln. He replied that he was also from Jln.

He asked me if I knew (Shaykh) Abdul Qdir , the grandsonof the famous ascetic saint (Wal) of Allah , Sayyid AbdullaSawma . I replied that I was the same person. Listening tothis, he became a little anxious and said, When I was leaving forBaghdad, your mother gave me eight gold coins to give to you. Havingreached Baghdad, I kept looking for you but no one gave me yourwhereabouts until all my money was spent. I have been hungry forthree days. When I became helpless due to extreme hunger, I boughtsome bread and this roasted meat with some of your money. He then

said, Your honour! Please eat this food without hesitation because youare its owner. Previously, you were my guest, now I am your guest.Giving me the remaining money he said, I seek your forgiveness, Ibought this food in the state of helplessness due to extreme hunger.(Shaykh says) I became very happy when I heard this. I then gave himthe remaining food and money; he accepted and left.(Tabqt-e-Hanbilah,pp. 250, vol. 3)

May Allah bless him and forgive us for his sake!

Dear Islamic brothers! To give ones own money to someone else

despite facing extreme hunger and helplessness is a very ascetic deed. This is certainly the unique quality of the saints. Countless accoladesto the hunger and self-sacrifice of Shaykh Abdul Qdir Jln !If only we would also develop the same passion of self-sacrifice withinourselves. Alas! We are not generous enough to give the remaining foodto others even after eating fully and satisfying our appetite; instead, westore the remaining food in the fridge. If only we would develop themindset of attaining the huge reward of self-sacrifice.

    15. After Difficulty, There is EaseQuoting Shaykh Abdul Qdir Jln , Allma Imm Sharn

writes in the book abqt-ul-Kubr, At the beginning, Ifaced many hardships; when these hardships reached their peak, I lay on the ground and kept reciting verses 5 and 6 of Sra Alam Nashra which are as follows:

So, without doubt, there is ease with hardship. Without doubt, there is ease

with hardship.(Pra 30, Sra Alam Nashra, Ayah 5, 6) (Kanzul mn [Translation of Quran])

By the blessing of these verses of the Holy Qurn, all those difficultieswere removed.

May Allah bless him and forgive us for his sake!

Dear Islamic brothers! Surely, one has to make sacrifices to achievesomething. Our own Shaykh Abdul Qdir Jln also mademany sacrifices and struggled hard in order to attain the closeness of Allah and pleasure of His Prophet , overcome hisNafs and Satan, remain safe from sins and distant from the love of theworld, enjoin good and gain many rewards by preaching and thusbringing countless disbelievers into the fold of Islam.

Although we cannot bear as many hardships as our Ghau Pk did, we can at least make a little effort without giving up hope.

O those who have utmost devotion for Shaykh Abdul Qdir Jln

! He spent twenty-five years in the jungles of Iraq enduringextreme hunger and thirst to gain the pleasure of Allah . If only

May Allah bless him and forgive us for his sake!

The Amazing Benefits of RaisinsDear Islamic brothers! Did you see? Sayyidun Ab Abdulla used to eat only ten raisins a day. Countless accolades on the mannerin which the saints used to subdue their Nafs! His choice of eatinglarge raisins was fabulous.

The beloved of Allah stated, Eat this (large raisin)because it is a good food. It strengthens the blood vessels and muscles, alleviates weakness and anger, removes phlegm, makes the face attractiveand the mouth fragrant.(Kashf-ul Khif, pp. 431, vol. 2, ad 284)

    17. The Desire to Eat Egg PlantSayyidun Ab Nar Tamr has narrated: , OnceSayyidun Bishrf came to my house at night. I thankedthe Almighty for the arrival of such a great saint in my house. Ithen said to him, Y Sayyid (O my master), we bought some meat by selling the yarn that my daughter made from the cotton that camefrom Khorasan city. It would be a great honour, if you would kindly join us for Iftr. He replied, If I intended to eat anywhere, Iwould eat at your house . He then continued, Ihave the desire to eat eggplant from many years, but I have not beenable to. I (the narrator) said, Y Sayyd! What a pleasant coincidencethat we have cooked meat with eggplant purchased withallincome. He replied, I will eat eggplant only when its love isremoved from my heart.(Risla-tul-Qushariyya, p. 143)

May Allah bless him and forgive us for his sake!

Dear Islamic brothers! Did you see how strictly our pious saints wouldrefrain from following the desires of their Nafs? Sayyidun Bishrf

did not consume eggplant for many years opposing hisNafs. What marvellous Madan mindset these people had! If their Nafsdemanded them to eat, they would not eat; if it insisted them not toeat, they would. In short, they would always go against the desires of their Nafs.

    18. Eat and Drink It is reported that the Nafs of Sayyidun Bishrf

desired to eat Bqil (vegetables such as peas and beans) but he did notconsume it for many years, defying his Nafs.

forgiveness, Allah said, O you who did not eat and drink anythingin the world, now eat and drink a lot!(Risla-tul-Qushariyya, p. 406)

May Allah bless him and forgive us for his sake!

    19. The Purpose of Eating Sayyidun Ab Sad Khazzr has narrated, It was my routine to eat every three days. Once while travelling through a jungle,I became extremely hungry and weak; thus, I sat at a side. Suddenly, avoice from the unseen echoed, Ab Sad! Are you desirous of eatingfood to please your Nafs or do you wish to diminish your weakness

without food? I replied, O Allah ! I only desire strength. He says that he immediately became so energeticand active that he travelled for 12 Manzils without eating and drinkinganything.(Kashf-ul-Ma jb, p. 453)

May Allah bless him and forgive us for his sake!

Dear Islamic brothers! Did you see that the friends of Allah donot eat for pleasure? Instead, they eat to gain strength so that they couldperform worship. They are blessed with spiritual strength without eatingand drinking by the special mercy of Allah . Sayyidun Ab Sad

Khazzr travelled for 12 Manzils without eating anddrinking (by the spiritual strength bestowed upon him by Allah !)

    20. Hiding to Avoid Eating Sayyidun Ab Sad Khazzr says: Once I was travellingwith a caravan in the state of extreme hunger. During the journey, agarden of date-palms appeared. My Nafs desired to eat dates but Irefused to fulfil its desire. The caravan stayed and camped by the samegarden but I went to the jungle where I hid into sand so that my Nafswould not repeatedly demand me to eat dates. After a little while, oneof my travelling companions came to where I was hiding. He took meto the camp. I asked him as to how he got to know that I was there. Hereplied that he heard an unseen voice saying, One of my friends ishiding in the sand, go and bring him with you.(Takira-tul-Auliy, pp. 36,vol. 2)

! Dawat-e-Islami, a non-political worldwide movement of Qurn and Sunna, is effectively spreading the message of Sunnathroughout the world. Every Muslim should join this movement for

the betterment of his world and the Hereafter and make up his mindthat, I must strive to reform myself and the people of the wholeworld.

felt a sense of resentment towards him. After a little while, the persondisclosed, I am a Christian monk and I have come from Rome to joinyour company. The reason for the resentment was now obvious itwas the Kufr of the monk. He told the monk, I do not haveanything to eat and drink, you may get into trouble. The monk replied, Y Sayyd! You are renowned throughout the world for yourTaqw (asceticism), but you are still worried about food and drink!Surprised at this reply, Sayyidun Ibrm Khaw permittedthe monk to accompany him on his journey. They travelled for seven

days without eating and drinking anything. The monk, hungry andthirsty, pleaded, Y Sayyd! I can no longer bear, please arrange forsome food and drink. Sayyidun Ibrm Khaw prostratedand pleaded, O Allah ! This disbeliever has pinned his hopes onme. My honour is in Your Power. Do not disgrace me in the eyes of this disbeliever. As soon as he raised his head from prostration, hesaw that there was a tray containing two pieces of bread and two

glasses of water. They ate the food, drank water and resumed theirjourney. After travelling for another seven days without food, they stopped somewhere. The monk prostrated and made Du. Suddenly,a tray appeared on which there were four pieces of bread and fourglasses of water. Sayyidun Ibrm Khaw becameastonished and intended not to eat that food as it was apparently sentfor a disbeliever. The monk said: Y Sayyd! Please eat and listen totwo glad tidings. The first is that I embrace Islam, he then read theKalima. Secondly, you hold a very high status in the court of Allah

. When I was in prostration, I made the following Du, O Allah ! If Muhammad is Your true Prophet, bestow

upon me two breads and two glasses of water and if SayyidunIbrm Khaw is Your friend, please bestow two morebreads and two glasses of water. Having finished the Du, when Iarose from the prostration, I found this tray of food and drink here.

May Allah bless them and forgive us for their sake!

Dear Islamic brothers! The saints (often) bear hunger for many days. They are blessed with divine help and food is sent for them from theunseen. By the mercy of Allah and the blessing of the company of Sayyidun Ibrm Khaw even a disbeliever not only embraced Islam but also attained sainthood. Everyone should endeavourto join the company of the pious and refrain from evil company. A

ad states, A good companion is the one whose sight reminds youof Allah , whose speech increases your (good) deed and whose

deed reminds you of the Hereafter.(Al-Jamius- agr, pp. 247, vol. 2, ad 4063)

Similarly, by the blessings of the Madan environment of Dawat-e-Islami and the company of the devotees of the Prophet; evena worthless stone turns into a precious sparkling diamond by themercy of Allah and His Noble Prophet anddeparts from this world in such a glorious way that others develop a

desire to emulate and aspire for a similar death instead of remainingalive. Hence, a person from Tando Allahyar (Sindh, Pakistan) embraced

Healso made the intention of growing a fist-length beard, wearing a greenturban, attending the weekly Sunna-Inspiring Ijtima and travellingwith Madan Qfila. In short, a Madan transformation took place inhis life. He sincerely repented of his past sins and strived to liveaccording to Sunna.

One day, unfortunately his clothes caught fire - burning almost eighty percent of his body. Even in this critical condition, he was constantly reciting alt-Alan-Nab and doing ikr instead of complaining. Hewas also reciting the Dus and Sras that he had memorised duringthe Itikf in the company of the devotees of the Prophet. I presume that the deceased has succeeded. Now listen to a parable of a horrific and frightening doom thathighlights the consequences of the prevalent wicked company, non-Islamic environment in the homes, watching and listening to moviesand songs through T.V, internet, mobiles etc.

At the timeof her death, ( ) the girl said, Let me listen to a song, let me listento a song, let me watch scenes of dancing, let me watch scenes of dancing. The unfortunate girl died repeating the same words againand again. If she was a Muslim, may Almighty Allah forgive her!

Dear Islamic brothers! There is no doubt that everyone will die oneday. Would that we also pass away reciting the Kalima andalt-Alan-Nab and beholding the Holy Prophet ! Dawat-e-Islami, a non political movement for the preaching of Qurnand Sunna, is spreading the message of Sunna throughout theworld. For the betterment in the world and the Hereafter, every oneshould join the Madan environment of Dawat-e-Islami and make uphis mind thatI must strive to reform myself and the people of thewhole world.

    24. The Hungry LionSayyidun Dt Ganj Bakhsh narrates that he once asked Sayyidun Shaykh Amad ammd Sarkhas the reason of his repentance. He replied, Once I went on a journey from Sarkhas with my camels. During the journey, while I was passingthrough a jungle, a hungry lion attacked a camel of mine and injured itseverely. The camel fell on to the ground, the lion climbed up a high

cliff and began to roar. Listening to its roar, many animals gathered. The lion came down from the cliff and tore the injured camel into

Then, the lion approached theremaining carcass to eat; but a lame fox appeared at a distance. Thelion immediately left the carcass and went back on the cliff so that thefox could eat. After the fox ate and went, the lion approached and ate alittle of the remaining carcass. (a rat Sayyidun Shaykh Amad

says) I was watching what the lion did from a distance.Suddenly, the lion turned its face towards me and said clearly, Amad!To sacrifice a morsel is the attribute of dogs, the men walking on the

path of truth sacrifice even their lives. Impressed by this strange event,I repented of my sins, distanced myself from the world and devotedmyself to the remembrance of my Creator .(Kashf-ul Ma jb, p. 383)

May Allah bless them and forgive us for their sake!

The Trust of ChickenDear Islamic brothers! Did you see how the hungry lion set an excellentexample of bearing hunger by sacrificing its own prey for other animalsand gave profound advice that a morsels sacrifice is the attribute of the dogs, man should sacrifice his life. Yet sadly, the lazy Muslims likeus are not expected to sacrifice even one morsel, they seem prepared tosnatch food from others mouth despite stuffing themselves. At times, people fight and even kill each other just for a morsel of food. Despitehaving a lot of food, some people cause violence just for a piece of bread. It is said that there are only three such creatures that store food; humanbeings, ants and rats. Apart from these three, no one else stores food. You may have observed the trust of the chicken. After drinking water,it turns the bowl of water upside down by placing its foot at the cornerof the bowl. It believes that Allah who has given water now willgive water next time as well.

He said that hewould also manage to remain hungry, . Four consecutivedays passed without eating. Thereafter, someone sent us some foodwhich I presented to him for eating. Seeing this, he said that he hadsworn not to eat anything that came through someone. Pleased withhis reply, I said that he had indeed revealed a very great point. When

    26. Your Sustenance Searches for YouSayyidun Ab Yaqb Aqa Bar narrates: Once I remained

hungry for ten days in Makka. Weakened by hunger, I went towardsthe jungle in search of something to eat. On the way, I found an oldturnip. I heard as if a voice was saying, You remained hungry for tendays and this is what is left for you, an old turnip? I immediately left itback on the ground and returned to the Masjid-ul-arm. Meanwhile,a non-Arab approached me and gave me a box saying, This box isyours. I asked him astonishingly as to how the box became mine. Hereplied, We had been travelling by sea for the last ten days, suddenly ahuge storm occurred during the voyage, endangering our boat todrown. All of us made the intentions that if Allah saves us fromthe storm, we will giveadaqa (alms). I also made the intention of giving this box to the person whom I would first see in Masjid-ul-

arm, and you are the person whom I have met first. (SayyidunAb Yaqb goes onto say) When I opened the box, therewere some pieces of cake, peeled almonds and sweets in it. I said tomyself inwardly, My sustenance was coming to me for ten days and Iwent towards the jungle in its search. Then, taking a little from thebox for myself and returning the rest to the person, I said, I haveaccepted this (gift), now please take the remaining food and give it toyour children as a gift from me.(Risla-tul-Qushariyya, pp. 169-170)

Dear Islamic brothers! How firm is the trust of the pious in Allah !Despite remaining hungry for ten days, when he finally got somethingto eat, he took a little and returned the remainder instead of storing itfor the next time. After eating a little food, they did not have any

concern or worry about the next meal. They firmly believed that Allah would provide sustenance to them for as long as they are alive.

And there is none walking on earth, but the sustenance of that is on

Allahs bounty.(Pra 12, Sra d, Ayah 6) (Kanzul mn [Translation of Quran])

Dear Islamic brothers! It is also noteworthy that Allah has certainly taken up the responsibility for providing sustenance to everyone butHe has not taken up the responsibility for forgiving everyone. Therefore, how unwise is the Muslim who strives day and night for hissustenance (which has already been promised), but does not make any effort for his forgiveness!

! The mindset of asking for forgiveness and success in theHereafter is developed in the Sunna-Inspiring Madan Qfila of Dawat-e-Islami.

    27. An Enthusiastic PreacherIt is reported that once a 12-day Sunna-Inspiring Madan Qfilaarrived at Jhelum, Punjab Pakistan. One of the Prophets devoteespersuaded a young man living in the house opposite the Masjid inwhich the Madan Qfila stayed to travel with the Madan Qfila. The young man expressed his willingness to join them just for twodays and thus he stayed with the Madan Qfila and learnt Sunna.Due to the blessings of spending two days with the Madan Qfila, hepersuaded his entire family to performal regularly. As he was an

    28. Eggs and BreadSayyidun Ab Turb Nakhshab has stated: Once, my Nafsdesired to eat eggs with bread during a journey. I reached a villagewhere a person suddenly grabbed hold of me and started saying loudly. This person is also one of the thieves. A crowd gathered around meand hit me seventy lashes assuming that I was an accomplice of thethieves. Then, a person from among the crowd recognised me andshouted, This person cannot be a thief, he is Ab Turb Nakhshab

. Seeing this, people apologized to me and one of them took me to his house where he served me with eggs and bread. I said to my Nafs, After receiving seventy lashes, your desire has been fulfilled, now eat eggs and bread.(Risla-tul-Qushariyya, p. 144)

Shaykh Abul Abbs , the saintwho narrates this amazing incident, states that this miraculous cupstayed with them during the entire journey till they reached Makka.(Takira-tul-Auliy, pp. 264, vol. 1)

Satanic Whisper: Why was this saint given such a major punishmenton desiring to eat eggs and bread whereas it is not a sin to eat them?

Answer: Actually, in this manner, the friends of Allah are notonly trained and tested, but their status is also enhanced. CommonMuslims are also sometimes tested with tribulations and sicknessesdespite apparently not doing anything wrong. In this manner, theirsins are erased and their spiritual status is raised. The great Prophets

were also tested. Who can forget the grave test that befell themartyrs of Karbal? The Holy Prophet himself alsofaced trials and tribulations.

The Holy Prophet replied,The first among them are the Prophets, then those who have highstatus after them, then those who have high status after them. In other

me a plate of cooked lentils which I ate. Having eaten it, I passed by ashop where I saw some bottles hanging on a rack. Assuming that thebottles contained vinegar, I looked at them closely. Someone told methat there was wine in the bottles. Pointing towards some jars, hefurther said that there was wine in those jars as well. Infuriated, Ibrought out the wine jars from the shop and began to overturn themon the street. The shop owner thought that I was an officer of the

government, thus he was afraid. He stood and watched silently. Whenhe got to know about me, he took me to the governor of Egypt andSyria, Ibn-e-ln. I was hit 200 lashes and was jailed for a long time.Luckily, my respected teacher and spiritual guide, Sayyidun AbAbdulla Maghrib arrived in the town. He asked me,What crime did you commit? I replied that I had eaten a plate of lentils and, as a fine, I was hit 200 lashes in addition to imprisonment.Hearing this, my respected teacher replied, You were punished only slightly. Finally, he managed to have fish withall means. As soon as he stretched out his hand to begin eating, a piece of fishbone pricked his finger. Dear Islamic brothers! The Madan mindset of the saints isextraordinary. It is our positive opinion that the pricking of fish bone was ameans of further increasing (the spiritual) rank of Sayyidun Abul

Eventually, he gave all four pieces of bread but the dog did not becomesilent. Enraged, he said to the dog, O despicable and greedy dog! Youhave no shame, I have begged your master for food which I have givento you but you still do not leave me. The dog replied, I am not moreshameless than you! Allah bestowed upon you a nice sustenancefor many years without any struggle, when He tested you a littleyou became so worried that you went to His enemys house to beg.

(A san-ul Wia, p. 144) Dear Islamic brothers! We learnt from the foregoing parable that if Allah , who bestows upon us innumerable bounties, ever tests us,we should be patient instead of complaining. The following parablewould further clarify this point.

    41. Ma md, Ayz and a Slice of CucumberIt is reported that once a person gifted a cucumber to Sultan MamdGhaznaw , a renowned devotee of the beloved and blessedProphet . The sultan accepted the gift and gave theperson a reward. He then cut off a slice and handed it to his belovedslave Ayz who consumed the slice relishing its taste. Then, Sultan

Ma md cut another slice, this time for himself. As soon as he put itinto his own mouth, he spat it out instantly, as it was too bitter.

Astonished at Ayz, he asked, Ayz! How did you eat such a bitterthing? Even your facial expression did not reveal any sign of displeasure. Ayz replied, Respected Sultan! There is no doubt thatthe piece of cucumber was extremely bitter. When I placed it in my mouth, my wisdom asked me to spit it out but my love told me, OAyz, beware! This is the same hand, which gives you sweet things toeat every day. If it gives you something bitter to eat only one day, itdoes not matter. To spit it out is contrary to the etiquette of love. Therefore, following the command of love, I consumed the bitter slice

of cucumber.(Rabar-e-Zindag, p. 167) May Allah bless them and forgive us for their sake!

Dear Islamic brothers! Being a Muslim, we all should have the sameframe of mind. If Allah , who has bestowed upon us countlessfavours, ever tests us with troubles and trials, we should accept them

happily. The great is not the one who is loyal only when his object of devotion shows affection for him, but the one who is loyal even whenhe is ignored by the one he has affection for.

The saint replied, If I remainhungry for fifty consecutive days, would you embrace Islam giving upChristianity and realize that Islam is the true religion and that you arefollowing falsehood? The Christian replied Yes. Therefore, the saint

stayed with him for fifty consecutive days withoutconsuming anything. He then stayed hungry for another tendays. Having seen this Karma (marvel), the monk embraced Islam

forthwith.(I y-ul-Ulm, pp. 98, vol. 3) Dear Islamic brothers! No one should misunderstand this parable. Itmust not be assumed that the saint surpassed Sayyidun Prophet s

in status. It is a fundamental Islamic belief that nosaint can ever surpass the status of a Prophet . The onebelieving that a saint is greater than a Holy Prophet immediately

becomes a Kfir (disbeliever). The monk was under the impressionthat after Sayyidun Prophet s , no devotee of theHoly Prophet could stay hungry for forty days. The saint cleared themisconception of the monk by showing the Karma of stayinghungry for 40 days, making it clear that staying hungry for 40 days isnot the unique attribute of Sayyidun Prophet s , and theslaves of the Holy Prophet can remain alive despitestaying hungry for 60 days.

Further, he becomes so interested in the delicious worldly things that the love of worldly joys permanently stays in his heart andhe forgets that he will have to stand before his Creator, Allah . Theworld is like Paradise and death is like a prison for such a person. Onthe contrary, the one who treats his Nafs strictly and deprives it of worldly pleasures; the world becomes like a prison for him, he feelsuncomfortable in the world and his Nafs likes to get free from theimprisonment of life by leaving the world through death. Referring to

the same point, Sayyidun Yay Mu Rz has stated, Othe iddqn! In order to eat Valma (wedding-feast) in Paradise, keep yourself hungry because the desire for food intensifies as much asthe Nafs remains hungry.

In other words, when a person is extremely hungry, he really feels thejoy of eating. This is the same thing experienced by every fasting person.

Therefore, remain as hungry as possible in the world so that you canenjoy the delicious food of Paradise.(ibid, p. 99)

Last night, Ihad a dream in which I saw a young man who had a green bowl of aromatic Sikbj. Plucking up the courage, I moved away from him buthe forwarded the bowl towards me and said, O Ibrm, eat. I replied,I will not eat because I have already left it for the pleasure of Allah

I then told him, We have been instructednot to put anything into our stomach until we are absolutely sure thatthe thing is all. The young man said, Eat, may Allah grantyou peace! I was given this food and told O Khir! Take this food toIbrm bin Adam and feed him. Allah had mercy onhim for having persistent patience by preventing his Nafs from Sikbj.

O Ibrm , I have heard the angels say, If a person does notaccept the thing offered to him, he will not be given that thing evenwhen he asks for it. I (a rat Ibrm bin Adham ) said, If it is so, I am prepared for it due to my promise with Allah . (I willnot eat it). I turned back to return. Meanwhile, giving him something, another young man said, O Khir! Feed him with your own hand. Therefore, Khir began to feed me and then my eyes opened. When Iwoke up, the taste of the food was still in my mouth.

    Method of Delivering Dars

It is a Madan request to spend the whole night in the weekly Sunna-inspiring Ijtim commencing after alt-ul-Maghrib every Thursday inyour city. (In Bb-ul-Madna [Karachi], the Ijtim is held at Fazn-e-Madna, Maalla Saudagrn, Old Sabz Man ). Habitualizeyourself to a punctual travel in the Madan Qfila with the devotees of the Holy Prophet to learn the Sunna and fill out the Madan Inmt booklet daily practicing Fikr-e-Madna (Madan Contemplation) and submit it to the immadr (relevant representative of Dawat-e-Islami)of your locality. By the blessing of this, you will develop a

mindset and a yearning to protect your faith, adopt the Sunnas and beaverse to sins.

Every Islamic brother should develop the Madan Mindset that I must strive to reform myself and people of the entire world . Inorder to reform ourselves, we must act upon the Madan Inmt and toreform people of the entire world we must travel in the Madan Qfila1.
