prep and revisions, and finally product

selections done in our exclusive showroom.

Every step is done by appointment so

you are guaranteed the uninterrupted

one-on-one service our customers have

grown to love. Your project supervisor

takes over at this point and oversees and

guides the entire remodeling process so

that you have nothing to worry about.

we are licensed to service the entire

state of Florida, we have chosen to limit

our service area. We now service the

majority of the Tampa Bay area, including

all of Pinellas County and most parts

of Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee

Counties. We find success in focusing our

efforts to a geographical zone that our

workforce is able to fully cover efficiently

without losing any quality of service.

This zone allows us to closely supervise

each and every project we take on.

Products and PartnershipsBathMasters is partners with Kohler,

whose name is synonymous with quality

and style in plumbing fixtures. Kohler

has been innovating and improving

plumbing since 1883 and there is no other

company we’d rather work with. Our

partnership allows us access to everything

Kohler sells and, more importantly, an

understanding and solid knowledge base

for their products. Kohler also provides us

additional design tools and support staff

exclusive for their remodeling partners.

Another outstanding company BathMasters

works with is Schluter Systems, which

has revolutionized tile prep and

waterproofing systems. We use Schluter

waterproofing membranes in every one

of our tile projects, guaranteeing that

your new space will be protected from

water damage throughout its life.

By partnering with several of the top US

made cabinet manufacturers, we can create

virtually any cabinet configuration with

any door style, stain or paint color. Our

cabinet lines offer the factory-built, high-

quality features you would expect such

as slow-close doors and drawers and full

extension undermount hardware along with

dovetailed, all-wood drawer construction.

As granite and quartz fabricators, we have

partnered with one of the largest importers

of granite slabs in the country allowing

you access to thousands of granite slabs.

In addition, we offer dozens of designer

quartz slabs. Many customers choose to

select their countertop material from

our remnant racks. Our racks feature

remnants of all sizes, in showroom lighting,

allowing real-time instant coordination of

your tile, plumbing and cabinet samples

directly next to the actual slab material to

be fabricated. Talk about a homeowner's

dream, everything all under one roof.

BathMasters also fully handles all custom

shower doors and custom mirrors in-

house. We have you covered from A–Z

on your new bathroom remodel.

The showroom has been designed and

With dozens of design displays, our

showroom includes everything you need

to design your ideal bathroom, from tile

to made-to-order custom cabinetry, from

countertops to fixtures. We designed our

showroom with you in mind, to enable

you to see and touch different options,

so that you know what you’re getting,

and that it is exactly what you want.

Think of our showroom as your one-

stop shop. In fact, it is like visiting several

different companies in one. We have

tile, cabinets, granite and glass because

we create the custom glass enclosures

you desire and fabricate the granite

and quartz tops of your choosing.

everything you need, all under one roof.

Permits and Inspections As fully licensed contractors, we

are obligated to build everything in

accordance with all relevant building

codes, obtain all required permits through

the local building departments and have

inspections of our work done periodically

on all the key trades like plumbing,

electrical, mechanical and building.

Building inspections often seem synonymous

with paperwork and long waits. However,

BathMasters’ full-service approach

means we handle all the paperwork,

obtain all the permits and manage every

required inspection, so every step of

the way, you can rest easy and know

everything is being done by the book.

Bathroom Remodeling Cost The cost of a bathroom remodel varies

due to a number of factors, such as

the age of your home, the size of your

bathroom, the scope of labor and

the types of products you select.

STANDARD "HALL" BATHROOM

As a general guideline, it is fair to estimate

that, for a standard five-by-eight hallway

bathroom of forty to forty-five square

feet, most people will spend between

$13,000 and $20,000 for labor, construction

materials, permits and all products.

TYPICAL "MASTER" BATHROOM

Larger Master bathrooms normally have a

tub and a separate shower stall, twice the

square footage and a double vanity. As these

projects require at least twice the labor and

twice the products, you can expect a master

bathroom renovation to cost about twice

the price of the smaller bathroom. Because

the size of master bathrooms varies so

widely, the price range is also a little wider.

For master bathrooms, customers often add

additional features and are more flexible

with product selections, usually choosing

to invest between $30,000 and $50,000

on remodeling a typical master bathroom.

Again, these are just ballpark ranges.

on your bathroom, your goals and your

budget. When it comes to budget, every

on products and specialty items, as well

as the labor costs associated with each.

BathMasters has found the greatest success

by providing one hundred percent of the

services needed to successfully renovate

residential bathrooms. This includes working

through the design and product selection

phase directly with homeowners, handling all

ordering, receiving, pre-inspections and delivery

service via our own fleet of trucks. One big

advantage of our full-service model is that it

ensures accountability on every level of your

renovation. However, in order to provide

that superior service, we work solely as full-

service providers and are unable to work with

homeowners who have already purchased, or

plan to purchase, their products elsewhere.

I HAVE A CONTRACTOR ALREADY,

CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS

FROM BATHMASTERS?

Unfortunately, BathMasters is not

designed, and does not operate, as a retail

showroom. Our showroom is probably

better defined as an exclusive design

center for our remodeling customers.

DO YOU OFFER TUB TO SHOWER

CONVERSION OR WALK-IN TUBS?

We offer both tub to shower conversions

and walk-in tub options, securing all

necessary permits and utilizing the highest

quality products. We also offer curbless

showers, showers with no threshold, for

wheelchair access. Essentially, we offer

any kind of shower you desire, whether

acrylic, solid-surface or fully tiled.

ARE THERE ANY BATHROOM

RENOVATION SERVICES

YOU DO NOT OFFER?

We do not replace vanities alone or perform

tile repairs. Similarly, we limit our granite or

glass fabrication services to our full-service

remodeling customers. And, while you’ll receive

an entirely new room, by remodeling your

bathroom with BathMasters, we specialize

in interior renovation work and do not

provide building services for new additions.
