I would like to apply for the position of Customer Services Assistant as advertised in the Irish Times on Thursday, 1st March 2003.

I expect to graduate from Dublin Business School in June 2003 with a National Certificate in Business Studies, specialising in Accounting & Finance. This course

has given me a good knowledge of all forms of accounting, as well as a broad knowledge of the financial services industry.

My work experience to date has included two months with Dillon & Associates, an accountancy firm in South Dublin. Here, I became familiar with the daily

activities of a chartered accountant, including the use of some basic accountancy packages. In addition I spent one summer working in a clothes store, which

taught me the importance of maintaining the highest possible level of customer service.

I am a highly motivated individual with strong organisational skills. I am highly proficient in problem-solving and enjoy working in pressurised environments.
