2012-2013 years 20 children with deep dermal burns with hot liquid

Age from 7 months to 3 years

From 2 to 30% TBSA

Sex

BoysGirls

12 8

Location of deep dermal burns:

Chest 9

Stomach 8

Upper extremities 2

Lower extremities 7

Neck 2

TBSA of deep dermal burns:

2-15% = 35 – 240 sm2

Performed surgical operation: Tangential necrectomy

+ Skin grafting of a 1:4 meshed

Results on follow-up :
