Evolution Lounge involves a process that feels like a gently exciting game in which you complete quests to gather real clues to answer your own real life challenges !When you leave, it will be as though a veil has been lifted on what you normally see, revealing the living city beyond, full of gifts and friendly agents. !All in an hour! !

What exactly is it then? !Evolution Lounge is a new kind of group coaching. It involves peer coaching and practical training in getting insights from the chaos and from your own environment. !It takes place in public spaces and has been run in different kinds of venues from beaches to airports to stations and other funky places all over Europe. !You learn and apply simple techniques in a group whilst walking about. !Now it is hitting the streets of London! !Its current location is Kings Cross St Pancras International Station. It takes place in one hour, on Wednesday evenings from 6.pm to 7pm.

We Wanted to Make: !Coaching an immersive experience Coaching feel more like playing a game !Coaching more affordable. Coaching more accessible. Coaching experiences more fun. !Coaching extend into our real lives... onto the streets, near the fountains, in the squares and in different urban landscapes. Ugly, beautiful, the city is our home and we need answers on the go! !Many already have these skills and just need to become aware of them. !In the Evolution Lounge, the collective and the environment is the coach! !

The play can be continued after the event (optional) !We have set up easy ways for you to continue this practice, having fun and becoming a real Jedi master of chaos! !which means — getting better at getting what you want! Which is why we call this an Ultimate Game!

Evolution Lounge shows you how to navigate and master it — you learn by doing it. !Films such as Run Lola Run or The Golden Compass and books like The Alchemist hinted at smarter ways to find solutions — when we have no time and few clues. !Discover them with others as a brilliant way to start your evening.
