This controller operates as single or group controller. For each motor there is one ST-0P controller connected. Connect individual controllers forming a group to an ST-0P controller and it becomes a group controller. Press a key to fully open or close the roller shutter (in any position). ST-0P controllers are installed in a double depth back box of 60mm in diameter. ST-0PZ version controls exterior shutters and interior Venetian blinds with 230 VAC motors (with slat tilting).

CR-02This central control unit is the key system component. Direct (local keyboard) or remote (PIL-64PMS remote control) closing and opening of individual or multiple roller shutters. Define groups and set automatic weekly programmes for opening or closing individual or multiple roller shutters. Clear and easy to use menu allows simple central control unit programming.

ST-01This individual controller is a basic SSN-04 system component. Each motor requires one individual ST-01 controller. ST-01 controller can be coupled with any roller shutter switch of any manufacturer. Press any key to fully open or close the roller shutter. Press any key during roller shutter movement to stop. ST-01 controllers are installed in a double depth back box of 60mm in diameter. ST-01S controller also controls light fixtures (ON/OFF).

ST-02This group controller allows to open or close any group of roller shutters connected to ST-01 controllers and to the common CR-02 control unit. The group may include 1 to 64 roller shutters. The group is defined in CR-02 control unit connected to the ST-02 controller. ST-02 controller can be coupled with any roller shutter switch of any manufacturer and is compatible with alarm system or weather sensor (wind and sun) signals. Flush-mounted in a double depth back box of 60mm in diameter.

CONTROL UNITS FOR GATES AND GRILLES

Control unit is a basic component of the automatic gate system. The following devices can be used to improve safety standard: photocell barrier, pneumatic safety edge, optical safety edge or sensitive edge.

CRS-436XGThis central control unit controls two 230 VAC motors. Manual operation with sequential switch or radio-controlled using a remote control (two remote controls PIL-02XB included). Central control unit stores up to 15 different remote control codes. Compatible with photocell barriers.

Three operating modes:

1. dual-channel – control two independent motors;

2. single-channel – control single motor and signal light;

3. single-channel auto – control single motor and signal light. Operation: user uses the remote control to open the gate, the gate closes after preset time.

DUAL-CHANNEL CONTROL UNIT



CRS-435XG3Central control unit for a single 230 VAC motor. Manual control using UP, STOP, DOWN keys or radio-controlled using a remote control XB series. Compatible with photocell barriers.

Two operating modes:

1. standard – operation with external maintained pushbuttons, remote controls or sequential switch;

2. deadman – operation with momentary pushbutton (gate closing as long as DOWN key is being pushed), remote controls and sequence switch are inactive in this mode.

CRS-435XGCentral control unit for a single 230 VAC motor. Manual operation with sequential switch or radio-controlled using a remote control (two remote controls PIL-02XB included). Central control unit stores up to 15 different remote control codes. Manually set operation time for both directions. Potentiometer set limit threshold 10 to 120 seconds. SINGLE-CHANNEL CONTROL UNIT

ORS-X2T/ORS-X4TDual-channel radio link compatible with any control system of any manufacturer (e.g. horizontal sliding gates, tilt gates etc.); operated with remote controls PIL-02XB or PIL-04XB. Standard version can store up to 255 remote control codes. Two remote controls included.

SSN-04R REMOTE RADIO CONTROL

ROLLER SHUTTER SYSTEM

The radio control system enables complete remote operation of a chosen number of roller shutters in any building. An integral part of the system are the receivers i.e. controllers ST-01R/ST-01RL/ST-01RN and/or motors with built-in radio receiver and a transmitter or transmitters (wide range of remote controls available). The available range of remote control models (wall and flush-mounted) allows system installation to custom requirements.

The transmitter (remote control) sends commands for roller shutter operation, and the receiver (controller or radio-controlled motor) receives, decodes and executes the command. Controller programming method allows to create a flexible roller shutter control system. The roller shutters can be opened and closed individually, in a group or all at once with a single command. Remote controls of PMT and DLT series allow to programme operating time of all available roller shutters in the building. The operation is automatic based on hourly and weekly programmes.

ST-01RS/ST-01RNS controllers allow not only to control the roller shutters but also light fittings or other 230 VAC devices (ON/OFF function).

Controller versions ST-01RZ/ST-01RLZ/ST-01RNZ control the exterior shutters and interior Venetian blinds operating on 230 VAC motors (slat tilting function).

Wired remote control system for roller shutters with return signal can be configured in various ways. The configuration depends on individual requirements.

System includes: N-20ES, N-10ES roller shutter motors and Inel Net-02 Internet central control unit.

N-20ES/N-10ES roller shutter motor allows manual closing and opening of a single roller shutter. Motors can be coupled with any roller shutter switch of any manufacturer to match the electrical equipment used in the building.

Inel Net-02 Internet central control unit allows to control the roller shutters via Internet. For it to work, any smartphone, tablet or PC with Internet access must be used. Remote control menu displays on the monitor (available in the Internet browser). The clear and easy to use menu allows for a simple programming. Additionally it is also available to assign names to individual roller shutters and groups of roller shutters and to check current roller shutter status.

Inel Net-02 Internet central control unit allows to define groups and set daily programmes of automatic opening and closing of individual and multiple roller shutters on assigned days of the week. The Inel Net-02 Internet central control unit has an unseal function (leaves roller shutters slightly ajar to allow limited light access to the room).
