Dear Chairwoman Houck I request some time during the worksession to discuss items council could change in the charter that would have positive results.   I think a starting point would be based on Mr. Brominski's comment about Mr Reino.  I understand the writers of the charter were trying to eliminate conflicts; however, there are good people who are not allowed to serve on ABCs who would be an assets to the county because of perceived work or political conflicts.  Jim Reino would be an assett to our county ABCs.  Is there a change we could make that does not change the structure of the charter?  My hope is that this could be a starting point to improve the charter. Gene
