We appreciate that deciding which psychometric tool to use

in your organisation or with your clients is not easy - there

are many acclaimed reasons to choose each tool.

As a Learning and Development consultancy, we are certified

and experienced in many of the most well-known

psychometric tools on the market, but we choose to use

Everything DiSC®.

We choose it because of the quality, reliability, validity and

Over 45 million people across the globe have used the

Everything DiSC® profiles, making it the most recognisable

brand in the world of research-validated assessments.

DiSC® is an acronym for the four primary behavioural styles

(Dominance, influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness)

that make up the model of human behaviour and help people

understand why they do what they do.

After completing a 20 minute on-line assessment, the profile

reports on behavioural style, by measuring the attributes,

preferences and aspects of the respondent’s personality. The

circumplex (circular) model helps individuals develop a

broader understanding of themselves and also appreciate the

differences in other people’s behaviour styles.

Everything DiSC Workplace® is used to build stronger more

effective relationships, improve communication and increase

the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.

The Everything DiSC family contains specialist profiles used to

Lencioni’s best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team™

Through the understanding and application of Lencioni’s The Five

Behaviours of a Cohesive Team™ model, coupled with the

foundational knowledge of understanding their own DiSC® profile,

activities and sitting an online, open book, multiple choice exam.

Once you complete the certification programme, you will be given access to your own EPIC (Electronic

Profile Information Centre) account.

This online platform is simple to use and gives you the ability to brand, generate and distribute

individual DiSC® profiles to each of your clients or co-workers. You can decide who will view these

profiles and reports, giving you full administrative control.

Everyone who completes an Everything DiSC® profile has access to MyEverythingDiSC® - a
