Absolute mobility becomes ever more important in the corporate business world. Employees are increasingly required to work flexibly and independently away from their desks and workstations. An aspect of key importance in modern business is secure follow-me printing.

EveryonePrint (EOP) enables companies to establish a private hosted cloud printing environment. IT man-agers and administrators will welcome the versatile EOP functionality that includes follow-me printing and mobile printing without the need to manage any appli-cations on the client side.

n EveryonePrint offers platform- and device-inde-pendent printing of office related documents, and is compatible with any brand of smartphones or other mobile devices.

n Mobile workers benefit from a new freedom and attractively enhanced flexibility, enjoying instant access to printing wherever they happen to be. Follow-me printing “inside the cloud” does not require users to determine a certain output device in advance – they can make this choice as they go along.

n Using the authentication functionality, EveryonePrint can be flexibly configured for employees and/or external users. Guests enjoy the benefits of driv-erless printing and can easily generate their own printouts by sending an email to a preconfigured email address or uploading their documents via a web browser. No software installation on the user’s mobile device is required.
