The advanced conference app EventPilot is now even more powerful than ever. The version 7 release brings in-context scientific discourse and discussion to Association's annual meetings conveniently within the mobile app. Commenting, private networking, smart schedule syncing, meeting app analytics, and more are now available in ATIV's Enterprise, Standard, and Express editions of EventPilot. Session Commenting and Messaging Association meeting planners and corporate event planners can now increase attendee networking and valuable attendee dialogue through peer commenting and private messaging directly via the EventPilot mobile conference app. Smart Sync Requested by our clients and app users, we have implemented the ability to synchronize the personal schedule, notes, and bookmarks across devices and even across different platforms. That means, event attendees can use their Android phone to check their schedule and their iPad to take notes during a session - whenever WiFi is available, the personal data automatically syncs. Data sync also intelligently caches comments and messages to ensure the best offline experience. Advanced Offline Search Using the highly advanced search in EventPilot allows attendees to quickly search through thousands of sessions, research abstracts, speakers, and more. A critical feature for medical and scientific meetings with thousands of presentations. Tiered searching, collapsible result segments, exact match, boolean exclusion, and new fields (room location, session number, etc.) help attendees discover exactly what they are looking for.
