Where To Get It

The Eventbase app is available for iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry in your application

store. Search for “Eventbase” to download the app.

Find The Workshop

Open the Eventbase app on your device

and search “TAMU” in the search bar.

Wait for the search to complete and select

TAMU Spring 2017 New Graduate

Student Orientation.

Session Information & More

Click Agenda and you will see

the entire list of sessions being held during

this year’s workshop. Click on an event for

details such as time, location, session description

and more. You can share the event via Twitter,

Facebook, text message and email!

Create Your Own Schedule

The eventbase app allows you to view all of

the sessions offered. It also allows you to

create your own schedule by selecting sessions

you want to attend. To do this, click the “star”

icon to the left of the workshop you want to

attend. All of your starred/selected sessions

will be organized under the My Agenda tab.

Presenter Information

The Speakers tab holds information on those

presenting during Orientation including names, positions,

contact information and pictures!

Additional Information at your Fingertips

The Resources tab will take you to

the OGAPS website location where you can access

all of the PowerPoint presentations. You can also visit

OGAPS social media sites and post or tweet about

your favorite parts of the workshop!
