GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Externally – produce events that celebrate our shows, establish our presence at key markets and conventions, and build strong relationships with clients
• Internally – plan meetings, parties, and celebrations that help create a synergistic work environment
• Other – oversight of SPT presence at charity events, award shows, and other industry events and management of SPT gifting procedure
L.A. SCREENINGS (May)
• Coordinate logistics for Client Screenings with over 1,200 clients attending• Asia Pacific Screening (including Japan & Australia)• Latin America Screening• Europe Screenings
• Work with various departments across the lot (facilities, security, projection, media services, Wolfgang Puck, Telecom, Operations, etc.)
• Manage screening room requests through on-line database
• Create Welcome Tent that manages all client traffic throughout the lot
• Plan the Client Party
• Plan sales meeting and company dinner
• Plan divisional group dinners
• Coordinate group transportation
• Oversee catering for duration of week
CONVENTIONS
MIPTV (April) / MIPCOM (October)• Negotiate with convention organizer for SPT’s exhibition space• Manage the installation and dismantle of booth• Handle all catering needs for the week of the Market• Manage hotel rooms for between 60-130 SPT execs• Arrange registration of all SPT executives• Manage screening room requests through on-line database• Organize sales meeting and company dinner • Manage all freight shipments to/from the market• Handle additional needs that may arise while in France

PREPARATION• Develop and maintain strong relationships with preferred vendors• Stay current on trends (liquor, gift baskets, food, etc.)
MANAGEMENT• Abide by SPE policies and procedures (SPE Anti-Bribery Policy)• Maintain and distribute SPT Gift Order Form • Work with SPT upper management to establish gifting process• Work with finance to code and allocate charges
FULFILLMENT• Work with vendors to fulfill and track order• Record and track gift orders in internal database
