Notice a new Tab is automatically added

To add a new tab simply click the + sign button

Then place the title

To change tabs position simply click and drag to the

desired position

To add Streams:

click +Add Stream button

Choose which social network to add Streams

Click the arrow down button to select the type of stream

Click Create Stream

A New Stream is added!

To Add Stream on Facebook click Facebook

Click a Stream to add

New stream is created!

To Delete a Stream click the arrow down button

Click Delete Stream

A pop out box will appear to confirm if you want to

delete the stream

Click OK

Notice that News Feed-photos is deleted

To choose how to view your streams hover the cursor back

and forth

To send a message click on compose field on the upper

left side

Write the message

Choose the social network you want to post your

message

Click: Send Now

Open your twitter

account to check your

tweets

Log In to your facebook account to see your post

Hover the cursor on the right

side of the stream

Click the Reply button

Notice the username is automatically inputted with

@ sign before it.

Write the message after the username and click Send

Now

Notice that when you send a reply message you are

engaging in a conversation

Click Show conversation to show conversation history

Shows the conversation history

Click Retweet

Notice that it takes the original tweet with RT before the username

Write your commentary before the RT and Send

Another way of using

Retweet is go to side menu bar and click preferences

Click: Use Twitter Web retweets

Click Save Preferences

Click Retweet then click Edit

Write the comment before RT and click send

Or click yes to automatically send Retweet

Click Direct Message button

Write the message after the username and click Send

Please take note of the following in sending a Direct Message: 1. “d” space is placed before the username 2. In order to send a direct message both user should be followers of each other

To schedule a status update: click on the compose field and write your message

Choose the networks you would like to send an update to

or Click All

Click the calendar icon for scheduling your update

Choose the date and time

Click the box if you want Notification by email

Don’t forget to click Schedule

To shorten link click on compose message field then

click add a link

Click on the wheel to show the URL shortener

Click the arrow down button to select URL shortener

Place the URL, select network to send to and click

shrink

To use Hootlet go to

Hootsuite main menu in tools section

Grab the owl and drag it to

bookmark toolbar

To share an article thru hootlet simply click the hootlet button and a pop out box will appear

It automatically shortens the link with the website title

Select Social Networks

Generates link preview and click send

Or schedule your post by setting the date and time

How to add an RSS Feed? From the

launch bar at the left click settings then

RSS/Atom

Click the + sign to Add New Feed

Add your URL Feed here

Add a Prepend text here

Click Save Feed

To change your theme: click Settings

To install an Apps click Tools> App Directory
