Technology holds a lot of importance in our lifes . The development of high technology including computer Internet and the telephone has helped a lot in order to make our work simple and easy to do. As I began to work on my project the things were not very easy to handle but slowly and gradually I understood everything.

As I began with the shooting of my film I had no idea about what a Tripod is but with the help of my teacher I learnt how to tackle it. Tripod proved out to be very helpful because as I shooted my scenes on seaview it would have been very difficult to handle camera for long shots. Also with the help of tripod the shots appeared to be very smooth.

During the shoot I also learnt how to control camera’s. For my shooting I used Dslr which I had never used before. As I shooted my film on seaview and it was very bright so with the help of various features in the camera I could control the brightness to make the pictures more clear.

Technology also helped me in form of editing software such as Adobe Premiere CS6. This software had many tools which helped me to cut my video , add transitions , various effects such as dip to black/white , cross dissolve, add music , titles and subtitles.

Another form of technology which proved out to be very helpful was Adobe photo shop. I learnt how to use its various tools and I also made logo for my film using this editing software.

Another major part of technology was the use of mobile phone and laptop. By using mobile phone I was in complete contact with my teacher and my actors. Laptop was also very useful as all my data related to my film could easily be saved in it. I use it many times to edit my film and do the all the research work.

I used different sites to find music and images for my film. The site from where I found my music was www.jamendo.com.

I even used a lot of social sites such as vimeo to upload my rushes and I posted my video on facebook. Further more I made a blog on wordpress and updated it from time to time with all my work from beginning to the end.
