Evaluation 7

I have progressed since doing my preliminary task. For example my ability to use Photoshop and InDesign has improved massively. For my preliminary task, my contents page was basic and the writing was too big and didn’t look like a typical magazine. However for my magazine, my contents page looks more professional and looks more like a magazine as it has the columns down the side. My front cover on my preliminary task wasn’t as good as it could have been as the background image and the writing did not go together and it didn’t stand out. It also didn’t have and cover stories or headlines like a normal magazine would. My front cover of my magazine had all the conventions that a magazine would usually have, such as the date, price masthead, cover lines etc.
