What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

Future is an award-winning international media group and leading digital business. They reach more than 58 million international consumers a month and create world-class content and advertising solutions for passionate consumers online, on tablet & smartphone and in print. We hold leading positions in Technology, Photography, Creative & Design, Games, Film, Music, Womens Creative, Sport and Auto.

Future Plc are the media institution that create and publish great rock/heavy metal magazines Such as METAL HAMMER in which I based some Of the features of my magazine on, Classic Rock And Guitar Total. All of these magazines are rather similar in the styles they portray, the music they display, the layouts are all quite similar in certain aspects. So personally I think that Future plc would not be the ideal institution that could distribute my media product as they already have existing publications that are similar to mine. So I'd say Bauer would be the ideal institution that could potentially distribute my media product, purely because they do not have a metal magazine that consists of a monthly publication rate, so this would leave a space open for my magazine. In which case if they were to distribute it then they could compete with Future PLC and their publications (METAL HAMMER, CLASSIC ROCK, GUITAR TOTAL etc.) Bauer productions

Bauer Productions are the media institution that create and publish very well known and recognised rock/heavy metal magazines such as KERRANG MOJO and Q magazine in which I based some of the features of my magazine on due to the fact that they display similar music genres, and the style they portray is what I would like to base my magazine on, the fonts used, the bands featured, the general layout and what text is featured
