ECSS Recommendations of action
Research topicsLanguages for description of privacy and security
related policies should be explored to obtain a secure and seamless
data exchange.Service matching and composition is needed to realize
a service-oriented marketplace and dynamic collaboration.Software
needs a higher degree of autonomy to aid decision-making and reduce
work load.Fully disembodied computing should be made possible to
make services available where and when needed.Model-centric
engineering should see further research to tackle complexities in
software service engineering.Problem Solving Theory needs to take

followed by three recommendations on research challenges related to
the Internet of Services. Finally, complexity and problem solving
are tackled as important research topics for the future.
