The EuroView 70 DS is a commercial grade window system that utilizes all of the benefits of PVC while satisfying commercial structural requirements. Euroview® Tilt & Turn Window

Our European style casements use projection friction stays and espagnolette locking instead of crank handles. The window's hinged sash swings in or out providing greater ventilation than typical hungs or sliders. These casements can provide emergency egress if needed. The awning and hopper window styles are often selected for use in small spaces because they open completely allowing for positive ventilation. Awning windows are hinged at the top, opening out and are designed to circulate air while protecting the interior from light rain. Hopper win dows are hinged at the bottom, opening in and are designed to offer ventilation and security. Awning windows are commonly used in combination with casement or fixed window units to add appeal aesthetics as well as ventilation while hoppers are generally used in ground level rooms providing ventilation and security.

These doors are engineered using high quality PVC window and door profiles as well as superior hinge and locking sys tems that are reliable and secure. The rollers along which the doors slide, offer a smooth glide and dependable performance with solid design and expert engineering. Choose from three to seven operating panels in various configurations. The door systems are available in a range of colors including white, beige and clay, woodgrain laminates such as mahogany, golden oak, walnut, marcore and a variety of other solid colors.

With a turn of the ergonomic aluminum handle Parallel Tilt and Slide doors operate in three positions: closed, tilt and slide. An innovative runner mechanism provides smooth projection of the sash which precisely slides in any position desired. The locking mechanism has driven stay arms pulling the sash towards the frame evenly when closing and pushing it off when opening. Even large heavy door units can be easily operated. When closing, the sash automati cally engages in tilt position allowing for safe ventilation-the sash is secured against being pulled open. The turn handles come with anti-lockout device, or as lockable handle with profile cylinder for operation from one or both sides. Multi-Lock security components protect the locking mechanism against forced entry.

The EuroView Lift and Slide Door is a newly developed,fully self-contained sliding door system that makes freedom the norm. 100% compatible with all commercial operating hardware systems the EuroView Lift and Slide Door is equally at home in your home or in a multi-story sturcture.
