What we have learned!• Difficult to get sponsors – win-win• “Social responsibility” , they prefer to support football• Media coverage in not adequate / Media still prefer to show in TV

• Important to share EVENT photos and mini videos in Social media (FB, Twitter) – use the power of social media to promote your event

• Suggestion to get support from an internet based media company• Live streaming might be good for some of the events• Easier to get Closer to people instead of getting people closer to the

actions (i.e. get in the mall and other public places• Mini competitions or competition - finals

Make sure!• Timing of the events! Have they got exams? Any other important events?• Is the event venue accessible – able parking?• That all events are FREE – EU robotics week logos - PR guidelines
