without parental care in Moldova . They are, in general, at a greater risk of abuse. CWS Europe are working with vulnerable children who neglect and abuse.

CWS and its local partner serve the large number of vulnerable children in Moldova by improving their safety, well-being, and development.

According to a national survey (2009), 61% school children have serious problems related to safe drinking waterand sanitation in Moldova
Imroving situation of the water and sanitation inschools is a national priority in Moldova
In 2011,CWS will provide financial and technical support to build school toilets in Moldova
Community Water Supply and Sanitation
In 2011, a community water supply and sanitation project will be a main area of the CWS interventions in Moldova.
