For us, 2015 has begun like every other year: the EuroCIS dominated the scene early on with its innovations. Especially notable were the Asian POS system vendors who exhibited this year in Düsseldorf. Optically seen, they were not at all bad, though I of course can-not say anything about their reliability; I only have a visual impression. But do not worry, you will not find these brands in our port-folio. We continue to place our emphasis in the POS segment on experience and quality, such as the systems of Elo Touch Solutions,

Epson, Panasonic and, of course, Colorme-trics. The current and announced models of these brands have enough potential to cover all your requirements.

TRADE SHOW NOVELTIES FROM ELO TOUCH SOLUTIONS

The focus: two new systems for the modern POSAt the EuroCIS, Elo Touch Solutions presented two new POS platforms: the evolution of the successful system, 15E1, as well as the modularly constructed X-Series.

On the outside you will hardly notice a change from its successful predecessor. The 15E2 touchcomputer is optically nearly identical to the 15E1. The added value, however, justifies the slight increase in price: on the inside there is now a significantly more powerful dual-core processor with up to 2.41 GHz. Add to this 2 GB RAM, standard, with the option of expanding up to 4 GB.

Above all, the longer warranty period of three years will be an added value for any customer. You additionally have your choice between two industry-leading touchscreen technologies, AccuTouch (resistive) and iTouch (zero-bezel surface acoustic wave).
