Seal the cavity of lower frame profile, in both sides+1.4

Check the perfect sealing of the tubolarity by looking inside the profile against a light source.

Insert fixing corner joint and alignment corner joint on both sides of frame.

Tighten the screw on aluminium alignment corner joint.

Seal drainage plastic plugs

Insert corner joints in 45° cut edge+1.7

Assemble lower T-REX plug in lower frame cross beam+1.5

Put silicone on spaces between T-REX plug and frame profiles from internal side of track, and with the help of a cutter push the silicone until you see a small portion of silicone from the external side.

Installing Euro-Drain (Water Protection Needed)

• Find a plane table and assemble the Euro-Drain plug with the frame profiles• First tighten the 2 screws that are on aluminum part of frame• Secondly tighten the other 2 screws that are on polyamide part of frame

Put silicone on spaces between Euro-Drain plug and frame profiles form internal side of track, and with the help of a cutter push the silicone unitl you see a small portion of silicone from the external side.

Insert the 2 polyamide rails on the frame.

Seal the frame track from both sides.

Seal tracks+1.6The raised “tee pee” ployamide snap track TM is installed in the sill only. The flat channel is installed in the head and jam in all areas except where the panels will lock. The “pawls” as shown later will first need to be

ionstalled then the polyamide channel will be trimed to each pawl catcher

For Pocket Applications

To install (P) Pocket Hook: Close and interlock all panels; then interlock the P Hook with the panel interlock at the pocket location and mark the location on the header and the sill. Adjust the wall to allow the installation of the P Hook. An alluminum angle of 1” x 2” may be needed to secure the P Hook if the panels are not removed. Trim the aluminum angle and caulk the trim to the P Hook.
