• At least two enterprises from two different countries. In average projects of between 1 and 2 M€.
• Bottom-up: consortium decides, no thematic restriction
• The result of project has to be a product, process or service marketable in the short/medium term
• Partners must have technical and financial viability to undertake their contribution
• A consortium agreement must be signed including information of exploitation of results

What are the evaluation criteria?

• It depends on each country!!!
• In Spain, CDTI:
– Only companies, only R&D or innovation tasks
– Subcontracting allowed
– Minimum budget for each company: 175,000 euros
– Credit up to 75% of eligible costs
– 25% of the credit in advance payment (up to 200,000€)
– R&D projects:
• Loans with Euribor interest rate, 10 years repayment
• Non reimbursable part (up to 30%)
– Innovation projects:
• Interest rate: 1-2%, up to 5 years repayment
