Objectives

The specific tools are:

• A concise evidence-based electronic handbook on disease-specific recommendations on physical activity “Physical Activity in Prevention and Treatment of Disease (FYSS) – Manual for Users”

• A concise guideline in the PAP/FaR methodology • A prescription form

The main objective is to develop, translate and provide implementation tools in English for a European PAP/FaR initiative.
